★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non tornerò mai più da loro.Penso che portare un paio di occhiali con le stecche allentate e una vite incastrata e ritrovarsi senza occhiali perché durante la riparazione hanno ultimato di rompere le stecche,sia un'esperienza di pessimo gusto.Una vergogna,non ho potuto più indossarli,avrei fatto meglio a tenermeli allentati.Oltre al danno la beffa,il giorno del ritiro mi dicono che non c'è nulla da fare riconsegnandomi gli occhiali con le stecche staccate e dicendomi che occorreva una nuova montatura.
I will never go back to them. I think wearing a pair of glasses with loosened splints and a screw stuck and finding yourself without glasses because during the repair they have finished breaking the splints, is a bad taste experience. I could have worn them anymore, I would have done better to keep them loose. In addition to the insult, on the day of the retreat they tell me that there is nothing to be done by returning the glasses with the splints detached and telling me that a new frame was needed.
