Al 43 simo giorno vado al negozio e chiedo la restituzione dell'acconto di 10 euro, che non mi volevano nemmeno dare, mentre mi accingevo ad andare dai carabinieri per denunciare il tutto , ci hanno ripensato e mi hanno ridato i soldi. . Assurdo aspettare più di 40 giorni l'arrivo degli occhiali e pagarli 15€ ha il suo perché. Aggiungo che una volta arrivati gli occhiali sono da buttare e con la gradazione errata!!!!! RIDICOLI! A parte un inconveniente legato al corriere posso assicurare che il prodotto arriva ed è di buona qualità. Gli occhiali sono dotati anche di custodia rigida. Il problema della consegna l'ho risolto chiamando loro che mi hanno fornito il numero del corriere. Ho fatto un paio di occhiali da sole e uno da vista, ho pagato la consegna. Semplicemente gli occhiali da vista sono leggermente larghi, ma niente di grave. Durano dalle due settimane ai tre mesi, tutto dipende dalla montatura scelta. Il personale ogni volta dice che ' è obbligatorio mettere l'antiriflesso' quando non lo è! Tutte strategie per farsi i soldi sopra. L'assistenza invece, messa al corrente della situazione, si è resa disponibile. Ma la situazione non è mai cambiata, continuano a dire che è obbligatorio.
