Avevo "perso", mentre andavo a lavoro, una lente a contatto nell'occhio e non riuscivo a toglierla da solo. Il ragazzo che che mi ha aiutato è stato gentilissimo, ha rimosso la lente in pochi secondi e ha controllato che non si fosse rotta lasciando dei frammenti nell'occhio. Mi hanno praticamente salvato la giornata di lavoro. I found this optician by chance, during an emergency on August 19th morning (almost all of Rome closed for holidays). I had "lost" a contact lens in my eye on my way to work and couldn't take it off myself. The guy who helped me was very kind, he removed the lens in a few seconds and checked that it was not broken leaving some fragments in the eye. They practically saved my working day.

After one year of going back and forth, the lenses were so uncomfortable and of poor quality (this was also verified from an optomologist who was actually suggested by Ottica Aventino). I had to go to another contact lens store (Ottica Vasari - they are great!) to get a new pair of hard lens I was NOT reimbursed by Ottican Aventino for the cost of the lens - 300 Euros - or compensated in any way for the uncomfortable lens
