Ho chiamato il giorno prima della vigilia per farmi fare delle tazze personalizzate al volo e nonostante la mole di lavoro in poche ore me le hanno consegnate. Bravi! Che dire, la professionalità, la gentilezza, la super disponibilità e il modo di fare di Emanuele sarebbero da 10 stelle e non soltanto da 5, non solo ha eseguito un lavoro ottimo, ha assecondato tutte le mie idee e i miei progetti, non semplicissimi e in 7 giorni lavorativi ha preso l'ordine e me l'ha consegnato senza battere ciglio. Avevo una scadenza personale entro il 13 Dicembre e l'ha rispettata alla grande, tutto questo telefonicamente senza neanche incontrarci, eppure mi ha trasmesso da subito fiducia. Da oggi per me sarà punto di riferimento e sono sicura che chiunque lo conoscerà non lo mollerà più. Grazie Emanuele da me e da tutto lo staff della JDR- immobiliare. I met Emanuele by pure chance while browsing the various websites, I was in a panic given the urgency to receive some products that another professional had not previously delivered to me, creating damage at the last minute. What can I say, Emanuele's professionalism, kindness, super availability and way of doing would be 10 stars and not just 5, not only did he do an excellent job, he supported all my ideas and projects, not very simple and in 7 working days he took the order and delivered it to me without batting an eye. I had a personal deadline by December 13th and he met it very well, all this by phone without even meeting, yet he immediately gave me confidence. Ho richiesto un cuscino con stampa foto con soli due giorni di preavviso e, nonostante ci fosse l'Epifania di mezzo e in negozio non avessero il tipo di cuscino che cercavo, il proprietario ha fatto arrivare appositamente per me il mio cuscino e si è premurato di avvertirmi subito! Risultato? Ho avuto il lavoro che desideravo in meno di due giorni! E con le feste di mezzo! Qualità del lavoro: ottimo!! Il cuscino è venuto benissimo, la qualità dell'immagine è perfetta e mi hanno anche regalato un pratico zainetto per custodirlo con cura! Voglio menzionare ancora la professionalità del titolare, che è stato disponibilissimo e mi ha anche fatto pagare pochissimo (avendo fatto un giro di telefonate last minute per questo cuscino i prezzi oscillavano tra i 25 e i 35 euro....il titolare mi ha fatto pagare solo 15 euro!). Consiglio vivamente di creare i vostri regalini qui. Tornerò sicuramente. GRAZIE!! IF ONLY I COULD PUT MORE STARS I WOULD DO IT !! I requested a pillow with a photo print just two days in advance and, even though it was Epiphany in the way and they didn't have the type of pillow I was looking for in the shop, the owner sent my pillow especially for me and took care to warn me immediately! Result? I got the job I wanted in less than two days! And with the parties out of the way! Quality of work: excellent !! The pillow came out great, the image quality is perfect and they even gave me a handy backpack to keep it with care! I still want to mention the professionalism of the owner, who was very helpful and also made me pay very little (having made a round of last minute phone calls for this pillow, the prices ranged between 25 and 35 euros .... the owner made me pay only 15 euros!). I highly recommend making your own favors here. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU!!
