Lenti Essilor degli occhiali progressivi difettose (c'era un evidente bollicina d'aria che creava bagliore quasi al centro lente e altre due in zona più periferica) e montatura storta. Riportati il giorno dopo indietro, ho atteso altre tre settimane, al che mi richiamano per il ritiro. Vado lì al negozio, mi dicono che erano state spedite a Milano e da lì in azienda madre, ma gli occhiali erano nello stesso stato (sia vetri che montatura), praticamente non ci hanno fatto nulla. L'impiegata aveva detto che erano state sostituite entrambe le lenti. Ora non so con chi prendermela, ma il controllo qualità è mancato per ben tre volte (una alla creazione delle lenti, una al montaggio sulla montatura, e una alla consegna), ammetto un errore, ma tre sulla stessa problematica anche dopo mia segnalazione mi sembra troppo. Intanto sono ancora senza occhiali (dopo circa due mesi dall'ordine). Ho chiesto il rimborso della cifra intera e in questo non ho nulla da dire, mi hanno rimborsato all'istante. Al Titolare voglio solo dire: non basta offrire spumante ai clienti, ci vuole una buona dose di professionalità nel proprio lavoro, e quando manca la professionalità neanche lo Champagne colma le lacune. Avete perso un cliente. Non mi sento di consigliare questo negozio. It went very badly for me. The clerk said both lenses had been replaced. Now I don't know who to take it out on, but the quality control was missed three times (once at the creation of the lenses, once at the assembly on the frame, and once at the delivery), I admit an error, but three on the same problem even after my report I it seems too much. Meanwhile, I am still without glasses (after about two months from the order). I asked for a refund of the full amount and in this I have nothing to say, they refunded me instantly. To the Owner I just want to say: it is not enough to offer sparkling wine to customers, you need a good dose of professionalism in your work, and when there is no professionalism even Champagne fills the gaps. You have lost a customer. I don't feel like recommending this shop.

Unica pecca è che il negozio è piccolino per la quantità di clienti che ha. Ma se c'è tanta gente una ragione ci sarà. Consiglio di andare alle 9, 30 di mattina oppure alle 16,30 One of the best in the area. Great competence, seriousness and above all honesty.
