Unfortunately I can't say much about the kindness and professionalism of the service staff. Rude and unkind. This morning I had yet another proof of their discourtesy.

But what a crap mail. The ladies behind there very slow and very sad while endless lines of old men outside in the cold waiting for their comforts. Just go in and look at them to understand the trend. terrible .
