★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale speciale, meravigliosa atmosfera familiare ma discreta e delicata, ospitalità di classe senza rinunciare alla convivialità e alla piacevole leggerezza del confort. Temperatura ambiente ottima, caldo con la compagnia rilassante del fuoco a vista.
In attesa del servizio ( arrivo all'osteria in anticipo rispetto all'orario di apertura) sono stata accolta con simpatia e premure.
Il servizio è di qualità, il cibo ottimo, i piatti curati e illustrati nei dettagli.
Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa di scoprire che tutti gli ingrendienti sono selezionati scelti e acquistati presso i produttori locali.
La fiducia che si è creata è la comunicazione più importante, la certezza di mangiare bene "nella" qualità del cibo è fondamentale.
Ci si sente protagonisti, compresi e apprezzati, coccolati direi.
Il pane è squisito e...se non lo mangi tutto il sacchetto ti segue a casa per...gustarlo per esempio in una piacevole e nostalgica colazione? ☕?
Scelta saggia e simpatica.??
Tornerò molto presto per degustare altri piatti accompagnandoli con dell'ottimo vino.

 Special place, wonderful family atmosphere but discreet and delicate, classy hospitality without sacrificing conviviality and the pleasant lightness of comfort. Excellent ambient temperature, warm with the relaxing company of the open fire.
While waiting for the service (arriving at the tavern earlier than the opening time) I was greeted with sympathy and concern.
The service is of quality, the food is excellent, the dishes are prepared and illustrated in detail.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the ingredients are selected and purchased from local producers.
The trust that has been created is the most important communication, the certainty of eating well "in" the quality of the food is fundamental.
We feel protagonists, understood and appreciated, I would say pampered.
The bread is delicious and ... if you don't eat it, the whole bag follows you home to ... enjoy it for example in a pleasant and nostalgic breakfast? ☕?
Wise and nice choice
I will be back very soon to taste other dishes accompanying them with excellent wine.
