★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mangiare all'Osteria San Biagio è sempre un vero piacere. Dalla loro apertura siamo venuti diverse volte e non ne siamo mai usciti delusi. Piatti non banali, ben eseguiti, qualità delle materie prime frutto di ricerca come lo è la carta dei vini, che offre etichette rigorosamente bio. In queste ultime settimane servono menu a base di pesce veramente super. Personale gentile e preparato. Le foto seppur di aiuto non rendono giustizia ai piatti che sono assolutamente da provare. Un "faro" nel panorama enogastronomico fabrianese.
 Eating at Osteria San Biagio is always a real pleasure. Since their opening we have come several times and have never been disappointed. Non-trivial dishes, well executed, quality of raw materials resulting from research as is the wine list, which offers strictly organic labels. In recent weeks they serve really super seafood menus. Polite and knowledgeable staff. The photos, although helpful, do not do justice to the dishes that are a must try. A "lighthouse" in the fabrianese food and wine panorama.
