Location molto carina, si mangia all'aperto tra una fitta vegetazione che rende il posto particolarmente accogliente. Ottima la cucina, genuina e ricercata. I primi, di pasta fresca, molto particolari. The Paolino tavern is located in a sleeper behind the mother church of Pedara. Very nice location, you can eat outdoors among dense vegetation that makes the place particularly welcoming. Excellent cuisine, genuine and refined. The first courses, made with fresh pasta, are very special.

Ad agosto non puoi proporre piatti tipici invernali ed inoltre una inesistente carta dei vini con tre bianchi e tre rossi non accostabili con il menu’ proposto. Si mangia al di sotto della sufficienza , se un cliente ordina come contorno un’insalata con la carne e ti arriva pomodoro, cipolla e ricotta salata e te lo fa presente , devi sostituirla anziché lasciare il cliente scontento il quale dice alla cameriera che non avrebbe mangiato quel contorno perché non lo aveva ordinato e non gli piaceva. Non possono mancare le basilari regole della ristorazione , qui purtroppo sì. Auspichiamo un miglioramento. Both the menu and the service are embarrassing. You eat below the sufficiency, if a customer orders a salad with meat as a side dish and you get tomato, onion and salted ricotta and he tells you, you have to replace it instead of leaving the unhappy customer who tells the waitress that he would not ate that side dish because he hadn't ordered it and didn't like it. Una pecca quella di servire la birra nel periodo estivo senza il contenitore del ghiaccio. A fine cena la birra artigianale era diventata brodo. Per il resto tutto bene. Complimenti! Il titolare si assicura personalmente che tutto vada per il meglio. Ottimo l'antipasto della mamma e ottima la tagliata di carne cotta alla perfezione. Consiglio vivamente questo locale e ritornerò con piacere anche con amici, so che farò una bella figura. A presto! One word would be enough, Super! Antipasto ricco e gustoso ed entrambi i primi , sia le lingiune al limone che quelle con finocchietto e pomodori secchi erano buonissimi . Infine la crostatina di frolla calda perfetta per chiudere la cena . Il personale molto gentile e professionale ed inoltre il titolare passa spesso dai tavoli per sincerarsi del buon andazzo della serata. Tornerò sicuramente sia in coppia che con il mio gruppo di amici. Great experience! Wonderful location with attention to the smallest details, perfect for a romantic dinner. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, cortesia e calore da Giorcio (cameriere), che cià intrattenuti tutta la serata, cosa che si trova veramente in pochissimi posti. Abbiamo preso un ottimo antipasto tipico molto abbondante, di ottima qualità, proseguendo con 2 primi di pasta fresca molto invitanti sia alla vista che al sapore, e come dolce crostata crema e fragoline spettacolare nella sua semplicità. Per concludere un ottimo caffè della nonna servito nella classica moca, mai visto prima d'ora e molto apprezzato per l'idea molto originale. Consigliatissimo ci torneremo volentieri, complimenti al personale. We found the Paolino tavern by chance, and we were pleasantly impressed, right from the entrance to the restaurant. We were welcomed with kindness, courtesy and warmth by Giorcio (waiter), who entertained us all evening, which is found in very few places. We took an excellent, very abundant typical appetizer, of excellent quality, continuing with 2 first courses of fresh pasta very inviting both to the eye and to the taste, and as a sweet cream tart and strawberries spectacular in its simplicity. To conclude an excellent grandmother's coffee served in the classic mocha, never seen before and much appreciated for the very original idea. Highly recommended we will be back gladly, congratulations to the staff.
