★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ristorante situato non tanto distante dal Castel del Monte. È aperto con orario continuato. Rimane in una zona nascosta rispetto alla strada principale. La location è carina, pulita e curata. Rispettano in modo adeguato le norme anticovid ( c'è anche un bel distanziamento fra i tavoli). I prezzi sono moderati, le porzioni davvero abbondanti ( l'antipasto di 7 portate è sufficiente per 2 persone). Ottimo il tiramisù all'amaretto. Servizio dei camerieri davvero professionale. Consigliato quando si sta ritornando dalla visita al Castello.
 Excellent restaurant located not far from Castel del Monte. It is open all day. It remains in a hidden area from the main road. The location is nice, clean and well-kept. They adequately respect the anticovid rules (there is also a good distance between the tables). The prices are moderate, the portions really generous (the 7-course starter is enough for 2 people). The amaretto tiramisu is excellent. Really professional waiter service. Recommended when returning from visiting the Castle.

Alcuni abbinamenti molto particolari, ma davvero il servizio proprio ottimo.
C'è parcheggio all'interno con un custode. I vini sono tutti di buona qualità (principalmente cantine Rivera).
Anche se ha circa 120 posti disponibili, bisogna prenotare in anticipo perché è molto gettonato

Some very special combinations, but really great service.
There is parking inside with a caretaker. The wines are all of good quality (mainly Rivera wineries).
Although it has around 120 seats available, you need to book in advance as it is very popular
