★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un piadinaro DOP, locale tipico da piadinaro con posti a sedere dentro e fuori, ho trovato i gestori cortesi e veloci, purtroppo non ho potuto provare i vari impasti perché li avevano finiti ma quello classico l'ho trovato molto buono.
Ricordo a chi lamenta che non è come la piadina romagnola che non sei in Romagna,se già in Romagna viene fatta in due modi diversi a seconda della zona non puoi aspettarti di trovare la tua piadina preferita in un altra regione.
Da amante della piadina Romagnola ho trovato questa senz'altro diversa ma comunque molto buona!
A PDO piadinaro, a typical local piadinaro with seating inside and out, I found the managers courteous and fast, unfortunately I could not try the various doughs because they had finished them but the classic one I found very good.
I remind those who complain that it is not like the Romagna piadina that you are not in Romagna, if already in Romagna it is made in two different ways depending on the area you cannot expect to find your favorite piadina in another region.
As a lover of Romagna piadina I found this certainly different but still very good!

Possibilità di mangiare seduti ai tavoli che purtroppo in tempo di pandemia non ho potuto sfruttare. Prezzi delle piadine e delle bevande ottimi.

Excellent doughs and ingredients. The size of the piadina is generous and the seasoning is abundant. Wide choice of both toppings and doughs. Possibility to eat seated at the tables that unfortunately I could not take advantage of in times of pandemic. Prices of wraps and drinks excellent.

Piadina very good, fast and friendly service in a nice atmosphere just steps from the waterfront of the Velvet Beach. Wide choice of tortillas with special mixtures (including gluten) both variants of taste to be ordered. I recommend honest prices

You can make your own combination or choose from the preselected ones.
I made my own combination of piadina with salami Milano and stracchino and tomatoes. My boyfriend took a tuna with tomatoes one.
The dought is Really crunchy and not undercooked. The amount of ingridients where placed in perfect Harmony between each other
