★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG! What an awesome place. For me and my wife, it was the best restaurant in Bari. We have spent there 2 spending evenings. Local fishes and seafood were just delicious. The lady who was taking care of us was just incredibly kind and helpful. If I will get back to Bari, this is the ”must visit place” for me. Good job for the owners and the whole crew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente & nice place, but keep in mind, it's in a narrow street, so to sit outside might be uncomfortable because of all the tourists around you.
The food was delicious, the portion is rather smaller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rude personnel! In a heavily raining evening they were really not interested not only to try to find table for 2, but didnt even bother to answer to our request for another place nearby! There are plenty warm people in Italy, those are not part of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional little restaurant tucked away in an alley in Bari Vecchia offering local specialties.
The orecchiette with cime di rapa, stracciatella and dried tomato was very good: I'm not a big fan of the orecchiette but if in Bari I had to try it and I was completely satisfied.
The octopus was also very good, I'd recommend it.
Prices are in line with the quality offered
All in all this restaurant deserves it's popularity and I'd gladly go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unique dining experience in Bari vecchia! Of course the neighborhood is full of gems and authentic home cooking so this osteria fits perfectly. They may be on the expensive side for some options but can be justified for the quality and fish options. A totally worth while experience
