c	colette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing meal! We came for a Sunday lunch, and it was a great experience, one of the best meals of the trip. I went for the cheese fondant with onion sorbet, which was amazing, and so was my pasta main. Lots of vegetarian options, but the meat eaters were kept very happy, tempted by the enormous steaks, but ended up with pasta and smaller plates of meat. The bread was some of the best I've had, we spoke with our server who explained that it was made with hemp flour, milled by her brother. She didn't mind that we asked for seconds of that, and provided directions to a local grocery store where we could try to find some similar flour. Clearly a family run spot, with both chef and front of house run by amazing women, you can check out some of the news stories about the place, including awards, on your way to the restrooms. Also, I think some of the reviews are probably for a different spot-- there wasn't any pizza on the menu that I saw, just in case that is helpful to future visitors.

The chefs have been nationally recognized and this restaurant has a tradition of almost 35 years. The place is also good for groups and prices are quite good compared to competition in Pistoia if yiu compare to the wuality you get.
