Excellent tavern very popular with staff on their lunch break; I tasted excellent tortelloni stuffed with buffalo and cherry tomatoes and typical Venetian second courses such as sardines in saor and creamed cod, highly recommended.

Noi li abbiamo sentiti con l'assaggio di antipasti, ovvero 5 antipasti favolosi, per sapori e quantità. I gnocchi di patate fatti a mano, al ragù di salame, sono come quelli della nonna , nata a Contarina ; abbiamo capito Proust !! Il costo come il resto, ovvero un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale !! Grazie a Vanni e Sara per questo incontro FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE !!! those who like the Venetian flavors of meats, soups, polenta, cod here will find a rainbow of flavors. We have heard them with the tasting of appetizers, or 5 fabulous appetizers, for flavors and quantities. The handmade potato gnocchi with salami ragout are like those of the grandmother, born in Contarina; we understand Proust !! The cost like the rest, that is an exceptional quality / price ratio !! Segnalo che i mitici "Menù degustazione" sono disponibili solamente sabato a cena e domenica a pranzo, durante la settimana c'è il menù a prezzo fisso basso di costo ma alto di qualità! Super consigliato!!! Really great! I point out that the legendary "Tasting Menus" are only available on Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch, during the week there is a low-cost but high-quality fixed-price menu! Super recommended !!!

I cannot rate the food since we didn’t get to taste it, unfortunately. We asked for a table for two and we were simply told the restaurant was full. We asked if we could wait till later till someone finishes their meal or sit at the tables at the terrace which were empty. The waiter (who was quite unfriendly the whole time) just said it was full again and that the kitchen would close anyway. It was 13.30 and officially the restaurant was closing at 15. I get it that a restaurant this popular doesn’t have to try hard to attract guests but this attitude is simply unnecessary... We were looking forward to eating here and we were coming to the area just for this restaurant, I believe every guest should get at least some attention and a polite welcome at least.
