★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale ha pochissimi tavoli, ma il proprietario e sua moglie lo gestiscono in maniera divina.
Alla sera un piccolo dehor si trova nella via che diventa zona ZTL e che vi permetterà dopo cena una bella passeggiata nel centro.
È disponibile il menù, che trovate anche di fronte all'ingresso, ma fatevi raccontare il menu dal proprietario, che con il suo accento tra l'umbro e il toscano vi invoglierà all'assaggio, guidandovi nella scelta.
Buonissimo il tagliere, un po' diverso dai classici taglieri e comunque con prodotti locali.
Ottimi i primi, con pasta fresca e condimenti originali.
Sfiziosi anche secondi, dagli involtini di chianina a quelli di pollo ripieni con salsiccia locale.
E poi non potete non assaggiare le fantastiche crostate, spettacolare quella ai frutti di bosco.
Accompagnate il tutto con il vinello rosso che vi consiglia l'oste e concludete con l'amaro umbro.
Il rapporto qualita/prezzo è ottimo e l'accoglienza super.

 The place has very few tables, but the owner and his wife run it in a divine way.
In the evening a small outdoor area is located in the street that becomes the ZTL area and which will allow you to take a nice walk in the center after dinner.
The menu is available, which you can also find in front of the entrance, but let the owner tell you about the menu, who with his Umbrian and Tuscan accent will entice you to taste it, guiding you in your choice.
The cutting board is very good, a little different from the classic cutting boards and in any case with local products.
Excellent first courses, with fresh pasta and original condiments.
Second courses are also delicious, from Chianina rolls to chicken rolls stuffed with local sausage.
And then you can not not taste the fantastic tarts, the spectacular one with berries.
Accompany everything with the red wine recommended by the host and finish with the Umbrian amaro.
The quality / price ratio is excellent and the welcome is super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola osteria con cucina tipica umbra. Piatti semplici, fatti in casa, ben preparati. Molto buoni sia gli strangozzi umbri alla norcina e tartufo nero sia lo spezzatino di chianina.
Ottimo anche il rosso di Montefalco della casa ad accompagnare i piatti ordinati.
Servizio rapido e cordiale da parte del proprietario.
Prezzi più che onesti che diventano estremamente vantaggiosi con lo sconto TheFork.
Small tavern with typical Umbrian cuisine. Simple, homemade, well prepared dishes. The Umbrian strangozzi with norcina and black truffle and the Chianina stew are very good.
The house red di Montefalco is also excellent to accompany the dishes ordered.

Consigliato anche se siete solo di passaggio per questo caratteristico paesino!
Fabulous first courses with the flavors of local cuisine. Friendly and helpful owner as well as the son who served us at the table, very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capitati qui per caso oggi (25 aprile), nonostante il locale fosse tutto prenotato, i proprietari ci hanno trovato un posticino fuori.
Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, cibo ottimo (suggerisco il bauletto di pollo, fenomenale!) e proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili.
Posto adatto a famiglie, con i bambini ci sanno davvero fare.
Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità, consigliatissimo!
Arrived here by chance today (April 25), despite the place being fully booked, the owners found us a little place outside.
We had a really good time, great food (I suggest the chicken case, phenomenal!) And the owners very kind and very helpful.
Suitable for families, with children they really know how to do it.
Thanks again for the hospitality, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina tipicamente umbra con prodotti di alta qualità. Consiglio l'ottimo taglierone con salumi e formaggi nostrani, i tortelloni alla cacio e pepe e gli strangozzi all'aglione. La pasta è rigorosamente fatta in casa ed è ottima con tutti i sughi che propongono ( ragù in bianco di chianina, cacio e pepe, ragù di cortile, all'aglione ecc). Ottime le carni stufate: si passa dallo spezzatino di cinghiale allo spezzatino di chianina. Ottimi e particolari gli involtini del re (una sorpresa!). Buona scelta di vini e birre. Molto buoni anche i dolci: consiglio il biscottone allo zafferano con gocce di cioccolata, la crostata alle noci e il pan di spagna con crema chantilly e fragole.
Ottima accoglienza di Maurizio e Sylvie che ti fanno respirare un'aria familiare e intima.
Bisogna assolutamente andarci!
Typical Umbrian cuisine with high quality products. I recommend the excellent taglierone with local cold cuts and cheeses, tortelloni with cacio e pepe and strangozzi all'aglione. The pasta is strictly homemade and is excellent with all the sauces they offer (ragù in bianco di Chianina, cacio e pepe, courtyard ragù, all'aglione, etc.). The stewed meats are excellent: we go from wild boar stew to Chianina stew. The king's rolls are excellent and special (a surprise!). Good choice of wines and beers. The desserts are also very good: I recommend the saffron biscuit with chocolate drops, the walnut tart and the sponge cake with chantilly cream and strawberries.
Excellent welcome from Maurizio and Sylvie who make you breathe a familiar and intimate air.
You absolutely have to go there!
