★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'oasi di cucina fuori dagli schemi sperduta in appennino. Pesce fresco, giustamente, in parte contingentato in base alle prenotazioni. Cucina tradizionale/locale comunque altrettanto di qualità, servizio molto attento e cortese appena migliorabile nella velocità ma giusto nei giorni di massimo afflusso. Aspetto con ansia di provare il tartufo quando sarà in stagione.
An oasis of unconventional cuisine lost in the Apennines. Fresh fish, rightly so, partly quoted on the basis of reservations. Traditional / local cuisine, however, equally high-quality, very attentive and courteous service barely improved in speed but right on the days of maximum influx. I look forward to trying the truffle when it is in season.

Restaurant located in a mountainous area of the municipality of Frassinoro. We ate well with excellent first courses, even good and abundant second courses. The price is fair enough.
You can and deserve to go back. Beautiful and kind managers.
