A partire da gennaio 2020 l’esperienza verrà aperta al pubblico, sulla base di una programmazione di serate a tema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cene-evento aperte al pubblico presso l’Istituto Penale Minorenni in via del Pratello 34 a Bologna, in cui sono coinvolti, come cuochi e camerieri, i ragazzi detenuti che partecipano ad un percorso formativo.
Le prime cene a invito sono state dei test, ora è possibile prenotare sul sito della brigatadelpratello le cene serali, per ora una al mese.
Ragazzi preparati, cucina ottima, percorso di recupero che vale la pena vedere e degustare!
