Ricorso rigettato. Non scrivo altro. I just found out that neither my client nor the previous lawyer was given the date of the hearing, at which, of course, no one showed up. Appeal rejected. I don't write anything else.

Struttura vecchia e fatiscente, faldoni accatastati ovunque sulle scrivanie, personale (poche eccezioni) inadempiente, impreparato, senza etica lavorativa, senza vergogna. Un'ispezione ministeriale sarebbe necessaria! Poveri quelli che ci hanno a che fare. A star just because you can't put zero. Old and dilapidated structure, folders piled up everywhere on the desks, staff (few exceptions) defaulting, unprepared, without work ethic, without shame. A ministerial inspection would be necessary! Poor those who have to do with it.

Una vera vergogna per quello che dovrebbe essere e rappresentare questo posto. 8 comparizioni fissate tutte allo stesso orario, di conseguenza oltre due ore di attesa per due minuti di presenza interna (e non ero neanche l'ultimo!). Si sta ad aspettare fuori, al freddo, sotto la pioggia, il ghiaccio e la neve, in quanto non c'è una sala di attesa interna! Ci sono alcune sedie buttate fuori alla meglio. Situato in zona ZTL interdetto alle auto, per cui si arriva solo in autobus (a fatica anche in moto!). In un angolo ci sono mucchie di rifiuti abbandonati (anche alcuni pneumatici). Se il tempo è proprio brutto, riescono ad aprirti forse un ombrellone esterno! Ho cercato di pubblicare le foto migliori, perché sinceramente mi vergogno, da italiano, a pubblicare quello che ho fotografato! A star is really too much, but unfortunately it is not possible not to put it. A real shame for what this place should be and represent. 8 appearances all scheduled at the same time, consequently over two hours of waiting for two minutes of internal presence (and I was not even the last!). You wait outside, in the cold, in the rain, ice and snow, as there is no internal waiting room! There are some chairs thrown out at best. Located in the ZTL area closed to cars, so you can only arrive by bus (hardly even by motorbike!). In one corner are piles of abandoned waste (even some tires). If the weather is really bad, they can perhaps open an outdoor umbrella for you! I tried to publish the best photos, because honestly I am ashamed, as an Italian, to publish what I photographed!
