★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raramente ho mangiato così bene in vita mia. Dal semplice antipasto, al vino tutto ottimo. Ma l 'amatriciana ragazzi miei era un viaggio in paradiso. Cortesia e gentilezza dei titolari da 10e lode. Per i prodotti, la gentilezza e la qualità non vi dico neanche il conto. Cifra irrisoria. Tornerò sicuramente molto presto. Grazie mille ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osteria tipica dei castelli romani. Seduti una panca con "coperto" essenziale. L'oste ci fa sentire subito a proprio agio. Ordinato un antipasto di terra ricco e di buona qualità, con delle fette di porchetta locale. Buoni i primi ( cacio e pepe e carbonara). Buono il vino romanella della casa, anche se un po' troppo dolce per i gusti personali. Buono anche il conto.
 Typical tavern of the Roman castles. Seated a bench with essential "covered". The host makes us feel immediately at ease. Ordered a rich and good quality land appetizer, with some slices of local porchetta. The first courses are good (cacio e pepe and carbonara). The Romanella house wine is good, even if a little too sweet for personal tastes. The bill is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando abbiamo prenotato il tavolo (consiglio vivamente di farlo) le aspettative erano molto alte, e quando siamo usciti a pancia piena posso confermare tutta la loro fama. Ci hanno coccolato fin da subito, suggerendoci o aiutandoci a scegliere. I loro prodotti sono davvero il top. Abbiamo cominciato con un antipasto di prodotti tipici, salumi, formaggi e lei "sua maestà la Porchetta"! Che ci siamo divorati. E poi abbiamo voluto provare i 4 primi della tradizione romana, dunque la Gricia, l'Amatriciana, la Carbonara e la Cacio&Pepe. Divini!!! Cucinati ad arte, pasta bella al dente e ben condita! Abbiamo concluso (stra-sazi) con i loro taralli dolci e vino, un tiramisù e una panna cotta. Qualità/prezzo perfettamente in linea. Nessuna nota stonata. Servizio veloce e simpatico, proprio come in una fraschetta deve essere. Continuate così!!!
When we booked the table (I highly recommend doing it) the expectations were very high, and when we went out with a full stomach I can confirm all their fame. They pampered us right away, suggesting or helping us to choose. Their products are truly the top. We started with an appetizer of typical products, cold cuts, cheeses and her "his majesty the Porchetta"! That we devoured each other. And then we wanted to try the 4 first courses of the Roman tradition, therefore Gricia, Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio & Pepe. Divine !!! Artfully cooked, beautiful pasta al dente and well seasoned! We concluded (over-satiated) with their sweet taralli and wine, a tiramisu and a panna cotta. Quality / price perfectly in line. No off-key notes. Fast and friendly service, just like it should be in a fraschetta. Keep it up!!!
