★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire di nuovo per un posto che è per me fra quelli del cuore? Che Stefano Arrigoni è stato bravo nell'investire sul grosso della batteria di cucina già presente da quando aveva ottenuto la stella Michelin la prima volta. E l'ha riconfermata negli anni meritatamente; anzi ne meriterebbe per me qualche altra in aggiunta sommando all'ottima e intrigante offerta del menu (che dimostra attenzione all'innovazione rispettosa della migliore tradizione), la sua personale squisita e intelligente professionalità, quella accurata dei suoi collaboratori di sala (giovane e già bravo il sommelier), e la bella cornice dentro il locale e fuori. La prossima volta vorrò congratularmi personalmente con lo chef.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo il menù per due motivi principali: il primo è il sapore e la capacità di esaltare i prodotti utilizzati, il secondo è la leggerezza dei piatti proposti. (Solitamente i ristoranti di alto livello offrono cibi buoni ma esageratamente lavorati, risultando pesanti sullo stomaco. l’Osteria Della brughiera di distingue proprio in questo aspetto).
Per il resto, il servizio è di altissima qualità e la location è gradevole. Complimenti!!
Restaurant with a very special Michelin star! I really appreciated the menu for two main reasons: the first is the flavor and the ability to enhance the products used, the second is the lightness of the dishes on offer. (Usually, upscale restaurants offer good but exaggeratedly processed foods, which are heavy on the stomach. Osteria Della brughiera stands out precisely in this aspect).
For the rest, the service is of the highest quality and the location is pleasant. Well done!!
