M	Mattia Spedo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, difficile descrivere in poche righe l’esperienza culinaria in questa bellissima villa nelle campagne vicentine. Esperienza che coinvolge tutti i sensi, dalla location, al cibo, passando per la famigliarità e la gentilezza della giovane squadra che manda avanti questo ristorante pronto per la Stella. Cibo ottimo con sapori molto intensi e ben posizionati all’interno di pietanze curate nei minimi particolari. Nel piatto presentato sempre in ottima maniera nulla viene lasciato al caso ed ogni sapore si sposa benissimo con gli altri. Esperienza da fare e rifare più volte con un menù ben articolato che richiede sicuramente più di una visita. Come ho già detto, pronti per la Stella. What can I say, it is difficult to describe in a few lines the culinary experience in this beautiful villa in the Vicenza countryside. Experience that involves all the senses, from the location, to the food, passing through the familiarity and kindness of the young team that runs this restaurant ready for the Star. Excellent food with very intense flavors and well positioned within dishes with attention to the smallest details. In the dish always presented in an excellent way, nothing is left to chance and every flavor goes very well with the others. Experience to do and redo several times with a well-articulated menu that certainly requires more than one visit. As I said, ready for the Star.

L	Lululagatta Loi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, ero in zona x lavoro,di un sabato settembrino,caldo,e con la voglia di mangiare all aperto..dopo aver contattato vari posti con il tutto esaurito per il pranzo, ero sulla via del rientro ,quando vidi un insegna che indicava Osteria del Guà..così decisi di seguire il percorso,e all arrivo mi sono trovata davanti una meravigliosa tenuta...quando entri respiri il sapore del tempo,arredi in stile,stanze da pranzo affacciate sull immenso parco verde,di fronte a camini antichi.. Ora non mi aspettavo co tanta bellezza,e eleganza da guida Michelin,pensavo alla classica osteria vicentina da salumi,e baccalà... Morale ho degustato ottimi piatti di uno chef stellato,mi sono riempita l l'animo di bellezza,e eleganza..questa è stata la mia esperienza di un sabato di fine estate. Good morning, I was in the work area, on a Saturday September, hot, and with the desire to eat outdoors .. after having contacted various places with a full house for lunch, I was on my way back, when I saw a sign that indicated Osteria del Guà ... so I decided to follow the path, and upon arrival I found myself in front of a wonderful estate ... when you enter you breathe the taste of time, stylish furnishings, dining rooms overlooking the immense green park, in front of fireplaces ancient .. Now I wasn't expecting so much beauty, and elegance from the Michelin guide, I was thinking of the classic Vicentine tavern for salami, and cod ... Moral I tasted excellent dishes of a starred chef, I filled my soul with beauty, and elegance .. this was my experience of a late summer Saturday.

Girarmi i buoni ristoranti è parte integrante delle mie attività e devo dire che qui avevo aspettative alte. Ottimo, perché le aspettative sono state ampiamente soddisfatte, sia dal servizio, sia per il cibo. Sulla location ogni parola sarebbe sprecata, visto che siamo nella barchessa di una villa del Palladio, la Pisani / Bonetti. ... e il vino... era da tempo che non bevevo qualcosa che che mi entusiasmasse così :) I have wanted to go there for a long time, as a lover of Palladio villas and obviously for my work, I deal with restaurant start-ups. Shooting around good restaurants is an integral part of my business and I must say that I had high expectations here. Excellent, because the expectations were largely met, both by the service and by the food. On the location every word would be wasted, given that we are in the open barn of a Palladio villa, the Pisani / Bonetti. ... and the wine ... it's been a long time since I drank something that thrilled me so :)

I piatti della tradizione sono rivisitati in chiave moderna! The location is wonderful ... a perfectly restored barn with a beautiful park! Peace reigns here! Traditional dishes are revisited in a modern way!

Proposte sia di terra che di mare. Menù non sconfinato ma notevolmente elaborato, difficilmente in grado di deludere. Personale giovane, scattante e preparato. Conto più che corretto. Consigliata solo per pasti da godere appieno, non al volo! The parking and the entrance are already opening the dance, and what a dance: important location, finely furnished in a very successful combination of ancient and modern. Both land and sea proposals. Menu not boundless but remarkably elaborate, hardly able to disappoint. Young, responsive and prepared staff. I count more than correct. Recommended only for meals to be enjoyed to the full, not on the fly!

We had some very unusual dishes - red tuna with watermelon, spaghetti with Iranian caviar, a decadent blackforest cake with chocolate sorbet, and the best of them all - milk icecream with toffee sauce and caramelized popcorn (!!!).
