En plus d'un accueil chaleureux, d'une "double" terrasse (une à rue, l'autre à l'étage), d'une décoration stylée, ce restaurant offre une carte fixe typiquement piémontaise et une carte variable ; les deux avec des plats raffinés et goûteux. Et je passe la carte des desserts dont l'énoncé vous donne envie de les goûter tous. Le vin est également excellent (sur les conseils avisés du patron, omniprésent et au petits soins durant tout le repas) et à des prix très abordables. Les petits détails qui font la différence : chaise pour enfant, table à langer, anti-moustique électrique en terrasse, service irréprochable, gentillesse, etc, etc... Vivement notre prochain séjour car assurément, nous y retournerons les yeux fermés. I don't often comment but there ..... If you are passing through Borgosesia, you MUST come and eat here. In addition to a warm welcome, a "double" terrace (one on the street, the other upstairs), stylishly decorated, this restaurant offers a typically Piedmontese fixed menu and a variable menu; both with refined and tasty dishes. And I pass the dessert menu whose wording makes you want to taste them all. The wine is also excellent (on the advice of the owner, omnipresent and with great care throughout the meal) and at very affordable prices. The little details that make the difference: children's chair, changing table, electric mosquito repellent on the terrace, impeccable service, kindness, etc, etc ... We can't wait for our next stay because we will definitely be returning with our eyes closed.

Piatti ben curati che in base al menù presentano accostamenti, a volte, coraggiosi ma davvero sfiziosi. La terrazza é una piccola chicca nel centro di Borgosesia.
