Per quanto riguarda il menu, niente di particolare, piatti semplici e porzioni minime. Poca scelta… È un peccato perché il locale è veramente da sogno, bisognerebbe migliorare la velocità nella preparazione dei piatti e il servizio… Very nice location, shame about the service and food. The service is completely absent, slow and of little attention (despite there were few tables). As for the menu, nothing special, simple dishes and minimal portions. Little choice ... It's a shame because the place is truly a dream, the speed in preparing the dishes and the service should be improved ...

Bello anche l'arredo rustico e personalizzato, il cameriere che ci ha serviti, forse il titolare era molto cordiale e gentile. Tutto molto pulito anche i servizi igienici e distanziamento fra i tavoli mantenuto. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di mare, decisamente squisito (8/10), e due primi, che purtroppo non avevano nessun sapore carattere particolate (voto 6/10). Un po' limitata la carta dei vini anche se di media qualità. Merita 4 stelle perchè ha ancora qualcosa da migliorare. Prezzi medio/medio alti forse, ma davvero non da lamentarsi. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sperando in qualche piccola miglioria Ps. Molto bella l'idea di un assaggio di benvenuto inizale Dinner for two. Excellent location, with views of the mountains and the Ligurian sea. The rustic and personalized decor is also beautiful, the waiter who served us, perhaps the owner was very friendly and kind. All very clean even the toilets and spacing between the tables maintained. We took a seafood appetizer, very exquisite (8/10), and two first courses, which unfortunately had no particular character flavor (rating 6/10). The wine list is somewhat limited, although of medium quality. It deserves 4 stars because it still has something to improve. Medium / medium-high prices perhaps, but really not to complain. I recommend it and I will be back hoping for some small improvements Ps. The idea of an initial welcome taste is very nice

Accoglienza estremamente cortese, con i proprietari, se le condizioni lo permettono, disponibili a fare due chiacchiere. Behind Finalborgo there is this ruined castle at the base of which is the Osteria di Castel Gavone, a very pleasant place that offers refined and quality dishes, prepared with mostly local ingredients. Extremely courteous welcome, with the owners, if conditions permit, available for a chat.
