Absolutely positive experience. While passing through tagliacozzo we stopped at this restaurant. Pleasant location with a huge fireplace at the entrance with grilled meat being cooked. Obviously we took fillet and cut (very good) with a side of vegetables. We will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale accogliente e con una calda atmosfera di famiglia. Se cercate un posto tranquillo, pochi fronzoli e tanta sostanza, sarete più che felici. La qualità della carne locale, unita alla sapiente cottura alla brace, seguita costantemente dal titolare, rendono i secondi piatti eccellenti; anche primi e antipasti sono di ottima qualità. Il tutto ad un prezzo onesto. Si mangia all'interno, in compagnia del grande camino, oppure in una terrazza o in veranda.
Consigliatissimo.
Cozy place with a warm family atmosphere. If you are looking for a quiet place, few frills and a lot of substance, you will be more than happy. The quality of the local meat, combined with the skilful grilled cooking, constantly followed by the owner, make the main courses excellent; first and starters are also of excellent quality. All at an honest price. You eat inside, in the company of the large fireplace, or on a terrace or veranda.
Highly recommended.

Abbiamo preso Tagliatelle con Finferli e Speck, Gnocchetti con Radicchio e Gorgonzola e Gnocchetti zafferano e non ricordo. Comunque tutto ottimo, porzioni abbondanti e prezzo nella media. Da provare la sbriciolata ai frutti di bosco
Osteria del Borgonovo was a beautiful find during my visit to Tagliacozzo. Typical location and delicious dishes. We took Tagliatelle with Chanterelles and Speck, Gnocchetti with Radicchio and Gorgonzola and Gnocchetti saffron and I don't remember. However, all excellent, large portions and average price. Try the crumbled berries
