Siamo venuti nella deliziosa Spilamberto in occasione del mercato dell’usato. Abbiamo trovato l’Osteria del 32 chiedendo a delle persone del posto. L’osteria Γ¨ sotto un portico basso, ben tenuto e dal sapore antico, che porta verso Rocca Rangoni, il castello del paese. Siamo andati a pranzo tardi, poco prima che la cucina chiudesse. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e il servizio Γ¨ stato ineccepibile. Il locale era piuttosto affollato, del resto era la domenica del mercato e l’ambiente accogliente e curato con gusto. La cucina Γ¨ casalinga e dopo aver avere pranzato, abbiamo conosciuto anche la signora cuoca e proprietaria, che ci ha illustrato la sua cucina e specialitΓ . Noi abbiamo fatto un pasto veloce, scegliendo alcuni antipasti e un primo, tortelloni di ricotta e spinaci e dei passatelli asciutti con cime di rapa e una crema di parmigiano reggiano, un abbinamento inedito ma eccellente, che abbiamo accompagnato brillantemente con un Grechetto Gentile, un gradevole Pignoletto del territorio. Veramente un piacevole intermezzo che consiglio.
We came to the delightful Spilamberto for the second-hand market. We found the Osteria del 32 by asking local people. The tavern is under a low, well-kept porch with an ancient flavor, which leads to Rocca Rangoni, the town's castle. We went for a late lunch, just before the kitchen closed. We were greeted with kindness and the service was faultless. The place was quite crowded, after all it was market Sunday and the atmosphere was welcoming and tastefully cared for. The cooking is homemade and after having lunch, we also met the lady cook and owner, who showed us her cuisine and specialties. We had a quick meal, choosing some appetizers and a first course, tortelloni with ricotta and spinach and dry passatelli with turnip tops and a cream of Parmigiano Reggiano, an original but excellent combination, which we brilliantly accompanied with a Grechetto Gentile, a pleasant local Pignoletto. Really a pleasant interlude that I recommend.

We had an amazing dinner inspired in Aceto Balsamico. Wonderful.

A local restaurant and pub with good ambiance and traditional delicious food made by the owner's parents. Seating in part outdoor under the portico in this pedestrian stone paved road.

We go as often as we can when we are in town, often making a detour! Davide and his team are always attentive and knowledgeable even when they are run off their feet. Recommend booking in advance esp on Friday & Saturday evenings. Great wine and beer offerings. The FOOD is INCREDIBLE. The passatelli is a standout dish. The gnocco fritto, tigelle and sliced hams and cheese platters also. Hidden gem and worthy 5*

Nice clean restaurant. Well appointed. Requested to sit among other people but was given an excuse that didn't make much sense. Instead I was sat in a separate room all by myself, the tourist room? No one asked if I'd like a cocktail or glass of wine. Servers seemed inexperienced. The menu seemed lacking. Not enough protein choices. But the pasta dish I had was very good. The "melange parmigana," was eggplant parmigiana served in a lovely mini tureen that made for a nice presentation. I think if the wait staff had been a lil more friendly and welcoming, perhaps a little attemp at some conversation. But they seemed cool and aloof, which made for and unhappy customer sitting by himself in a blazer staring at four walls, his last night in Italy. An offer of coffee or dessert would have been nice. Had a much better experience on two occasions at Osteria Degli Obici
