★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting Italy during Holy Week is tough. So many places are closed, hours irregular. Not this place. Open and ready to serve. The manager/owner(?) is
friendly and knows how to make you feel special.
The chef was also very kind and friendly. And the food was very good. The meat and veggies on a skewer did not disappoint on two occasions.
A lovely appetizer of crostini topped with a mushroom puree, melted cheese and Procuitto was delicious. The mixed salad included fennel, my favorite. I was the first to arrive, but more showed up and the gentleman singlehandedly tended to everyone with grace and polish. Hope you enjoy.
