Ambiente molto gradevole nel verde accompagnato dalla gentilezza di Gianluca e del personale. Ho mangiato benissimo dall'antipasto al dolce anche io che sono celiaca e allergica al latte. Si mangia molto bene proponendo piatti classici o con delle personalizzazioni particolari (da provare assolutamente le costolette di maialino con salsa ???). cosa importante preparano cibi per celiaci o senza lattosio. Gianluca vi accoglierà con cortesia e professionalità ?? I recommend this restaurant to everyone, a very nice place with attention to detail. Mia moglie ha preso la versione pinsa ed era comunque buona. Cameriera e proprietario gentili, posto elegante e curato. L' unica pecca è che abbiamo sentito freddo, la prossima volta prenoteremo vicino al camino For the first time in a long time I ate pizza the way I like it, crunchy and flavorful that doesn't weigh down. Ero alla ricerca di un ristorante per festeggiare la mia laurea e dopo svariate ricerche mi sono imbattutto in questo bellissimo locale immerso nel verde dei castelli romani e ne sono rimasto colpito. La strada per arrivarci può sembrare un po' ostica, ma ne sarete ripagati dal panorama che vi apparirà prima di entrare nel cancello del ristorante Posto curato nei minimi dettagli, una pulizia ottima e una grande accoglinza. Gianluca è stato fin da subito disponibile per tutto e in tutto al punto da averci festaggiato sia a pranzo dopo la discussione che nel Week-end con gli amici. Ovviamente si è mangiato in modo superlativo. Ricette di un certo spessore e sempre in linea con la tradizione romana. Piatti abbondanti e ottimo vino della casa a prezzi più che abbordabili! Gli interni sono accoglienti, arredati con gusto, eleganza e calore. La cucina merita davvero ed é sempre una certezza: piatti della tradizione preparati con maestria e materie prime freschissime. Ma anche sperimentazioni gustose e di livello alto. Valore aggiunto é la dedizione nel preparare pietanze ottime anche per gli intolleranti al glutine.Personale cortese e professionale. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari. É un posto veramente incantevole. Excellent. Well-kept restaurant: the greenery of the garden is "designed" and maintained as in fairy tales, in summer it is a real pleasure to eat under the portico. The interiors are welcoming, furnished with taste, elegance and warmth. The cuisine really deserves and is always a certainty: traditional dishes prepared with skill and the freshest raw materials. But also tasty and high-level experiments. Added value is the dedication in preparing excellent dishes even for those intolerant to gluten. Courteous and professional staff. All with attention to the smallest details. It is a truly enchanting place.

Piatti abbondanti e buonissimi, anche il nostro bimbo ha gradito. Menzione speciale per la coda alla vaccinara, che non mangiavo da anni e ha assolutamente soddisfatto le aspettative! Struttura molto curata, con un bel giardino. Torneremo sicuramente!
