Materie prime di qualità ed anche che non sono amante della carne, ho mangiato un buonissimo filetto tenerissimo. Poche parole, allego le foto. Gnocconi ripieni di crema di zucca, con del guanciale croccante on top e scaglie di tartufo nero. Legava tutto una buonissima crema alla carbonara. Per secondo il filetto con una glassa all'amaro del capo (tipico calabrese) e per finire io ho chiesto delle scaglie di tartufo anche qui. This is the second time I've come to this place and it never fails. We had a great meal and the staff were very helpful. Quality raw materials and also that I am not a lover of meat, I ate a very good tender fillet. Few words, I am attaching the photos. Gnocconi stuffed with pumpkin cream, with crispy bacon on top and black truffle flakes. It all tied a very good carbonara cream. For second, the fillet with a glaze with bitter head (typical Calabrian) and to finish I asked for some truffle flakes here too.

Lo stile interno, dal bianco intonaco, in vari angoli lascia intravedere le parti antiche in mattoni. Sono esposte diverse opere, anche contemporanee. Il mix con l'antico risulta fresco e leggero. La sala ha una decina di tavoli, risulta quindi intima. Abbiamo cenato in due, uno stinco di maiale molto buono e un medaglione di tonno con nocciole, zucca e cipolla. La carta dei vini è molto ampia. La qualità del cibo è buona, ben cucinata. Il servizio è competente e gentile. Mi sembra un locale gestito da gente giovane e dinamica. Consigliato. The restaurant is located a few meters from the Nicastro Cathedral, on the central street. The building is from the period and the vaulted brick floors are characteristic. The internal style, from the white plaster, in various angles allows a glimpse of the ancient brick parts. Various works are exhibited, including contemporary ones. The mix with the ancient is fresh and light. The room has about ten tables, so it is intimate. We had dinner for two, a very good pork knuckle and a tuna medallion with hazelnuts, pumpkin and onion. The wine list is very extensive. The quality of the food is good, well cooked. The service is competent and kind. It seems to me a place run by young and dynamic people. Recommended.
