It opens up to 3 pm for lunch and 11 pm and more for dinner.
It's not huge therefore reservation is not mandatory but advised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly what we were looking for. We were traveling towards the alpes and we wanted to find a local original place to stop for lunch. The owner was super nice and welcoming, we let him reccomend wine, first and second course. Everything was exceptional and so delicious! A very good find will recommend to anyone that is around the Novara center.
