E	Elisa Gallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima cena a base di polpo croccante, baccalà e panissa fritti e minestra di Natale (piatto tipico savonese a base di brodo, salsiccia, cardi, maccheroni spezzati e trippe). Locale semplice, servizio gentile, forse un po' salato il conto. Sicuramente una trattoria da provare e da ritornarci per assaggiare ciuppin e buridda. Excellent dinner based on crispy octopus, fried cod and panissa and Christmas soup (typical Savona dish based on broth, sausage, cardoons, broken macaroni and tripe). Simple place, friendly service, maybe a bit high on the bill. Definitely a restaurant to try and come back to taste ciuppin and buridda.

I carciofi con panissa, le trofie al pesto e calamari molto buone ma il filetto al Calvados e mele un assoluto capolavoro. Degne di nota anche la torta al cioccolato e le pere cotte nel vino servite con il gelato al fior di latte! Discreet and fine place without being elegant and pretentious. The artichokes with panissa, the trofie with pesto and very good calamari but the fillet with Calvados and apples is an absolute masterpiece. Also worthy of note is the chocolate cake and the pears cooked in wine served with fior di latte ice cream!

Piatti tipici della Cucina Ligure con aggiunta, su prenotazione, anche di paella, zuppa di pesce e lumache. Consigliatemi spaghetti alle acciughe e la buridda. Osteria ... with style! Local handed down from generation to generation since 1892: they are in the seventh. Typical dishes of Ligurian cuisine with addition, upon reservation, also of paella, fish soup and snails. Locale piccolo con una ventina di coperti, in sala c'è il proprietario, un uomo anziano che affronta il suo lavoro come un tempo. Il menù è scritto a penna e ci sono piatti di pesce ma anche qualcosa di carne, prezzi leggermente alti come potete vedere dalla foto, porzioni dei piatti normali. In 3 Abbiamo preso preso 3 antipasti, baccalà e panissa ottimo, fritto leggero e per niente unto, poi 3 trofie al pesto con patate e fagiolini e per finire le 2 alici ripiene. Vino della casa, chardonnay Piemonte, 12€ al litro. In totale abbiamo speso 98€. Problemi di linea con il pos ma con un Po di pazienza di risolvono. The restaurant is one of the oldest in Savona. I was there with 2 friends on a Sunday evening in May. Small room with about twenty seats, in the room there is the owner, an elderly man who tackles his work as in the past. The menu is written in pen and there are fish dishes but also meat, slightly high prices as you can see from the photo, portions of the normal dishes. In 3 We took 3 appetizers, cod and excellent panissa, lightly fried and not greasy at all, then 3 pesto trofie with potatoes and green beans and to finish the 2 stuffed anchovies. House wine, Piedmont chardonnay, € 12 per liter. In total we spent 98 €. Line problems with the pos but with a bit of patience they solve.

Scopriamo che è la quarta generazione ad accoglierci...fantastici. Menù perfetto, in stile osteria ligure. In 3 abbiamo preso 2 antipasti da condividere ( panissa con baccalà e carciofi fritti ), 3 primi ( da non perdere assolutamente gli spaghetti con acciughe...un suo Must) e 2 dolci ( la torta con pan di Spagna al marsala e crema pasticcera e zabaione da non perdere)...acqua e caffè...per un totale di 74euro. Da rifare assolutamente per provare gli altri piatti. Consigliato. Chosen by chance while wandering through the historic center of Savona. Excellent choice for lunch, even if you don't know it. We discover that it is the fourth generation to welcome us ... fantastic. Perfect menu, in the style of a Ligurian tavern. The 3 of us had 2 appetizers to share (panissa with cod and fried artichokes), 3 first courses (absolutely not to be missed the spaghetti with anchovies ... a must) and 2 desserts (the cake with marsala sponge cake and custard and zabaglione not to be missed) ... water and coffee ... for a total of 74 euros. Absolutely to be redone to try the other dishes. Recommended.
