Piatti abbondanti e squisiti, prezzi onesti, e tantissima attenzione al cliente. Tutti i piatti sono fatti sul momento, quindi c'è un minimo di attesa, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena! Ottime le tagliatelle al cinghiale. Lo suggerisco! Excellent experience in this tavern with typical cuisine and an easy-going environment. Clean and well-kept place. Plentiful and exquisite dishes, fair prices, and a lot of attention to the customer. All dishes are made on the spot, so there is a minimum of waiting, but it's totally worth it! The wild boar tagliatelle is excellent. I suggest it!

Location ottima al fianco della cascata. Nice menu. Meat and fish. Local and classic recipes. I haven't read the wine list because I don't eat it for lunch. For the rest to come back and find. Excellent location next to the waterfall.

Cosi vieni accolto in questo ristorante, che offre piatti locali davvero eccellenti, con ottimi prezzi e porzioni anbondanti. Il vino della casa (rosso) è ottimo. Consigliatissime le pappardelle al cinghiale, sapori di una volta che non si trovano facilmente Torneremo sicuramente Courtesy, kindness and a beautiful smile. So you are welcomed to this restaurant, which offers truly excellent local dishes, with great prices and generous portions. The house wine (red) is excellent. Pappardelle with wild boar, flavors of the past that are not easily found, are highly recommended We will definitely be back
S	Samantha Barbonari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante una giornata all'Isola del Liri abbiamo avuto il piacere di mangiare all'Osteria da Mauretto, trovata per caso su Maps. Non avevamo prenotato ma il ragazzo in sala ci ha accolto con entusiasmo facendoci subito una buona impressione. Una volta seduti nella saletta interna abbiamo ordinato trippa come antipasto, due primi (fettuccine e ravioli) e due contorni. Tutto ottimo e abbondante, i sapori ci hanno riportato indietro nel tempo, ai pranzi della domenica dalla nonna. Buonissima la trippa con i crostini, le fettuccine erano ricche di sugo e di carne e i ravioli erano con i funghi porcini e tartufo, a mio gusto molto buoni, così come patate al forno e cicoria ripassata. Forse le patate erano un po' troppo ricche di olio, ma il sapore era ottimo. Non siamo riusciti a prendere il dolce e abbiamo optato per due caffè. Il prezzo era nella media, con acqua e vino abbiamo speso intorno ai 45 euro. Ottimo lavoro, spero di tornare presto in questa splendida cittadina e di assaggiare altri piatti tipici della cucina ciociara. During a day on the Isola del Liri we had the pleasure of eating at the Osteria da Mauretto, found by chance on Maps. We hadn't booked but the guy in the room welcomed us enthusiastically and immediately left us with a good impression. Once seated in the internal room we ordered tripe as an appetizer, two first courses (fettuccine and ravioli) and two side dishes. All excellent and abundant, the flavors took us back in time, to Sunday lunches at our grandmother's. The tripe with croutons was very good, the fettuccine were rich in sauce and meat and the ravioli were with porcini mushrooms and truffles, very good to my taste, as well as baked potatoes and sautéed chicory. Maybe the potatoes were a little too rich in oil, but the flavor was great. We couldn't get dessert and opted for two coffees. The price was average, with water and wine we spent around 45 euros. Great job, I hope to return soon to this beautiful town and to taste other typical dishes of the Ciociara cuisine.
