Elegantissima e ricercata la location, che avvolge il cliente in un'atmosfera intima e raffinata. Professionalità e cortesia da parte del personale, servizio celere, senza lunghe attese. Originalità dei piatti, frutto di una sapiente ricerca gastronomica e di equilibrio di sapori e aromi. Provate, ad esempio, il risotto alla formagella di bufala con cipolle di Vatolla, magari accompagnato da un ottimo Fiano Lapio Sole e Luna... Consigliatissimo! The gastronomic experience at this renowned and starred restaurant of the Royal hotel in Paestum is simply divine. The location is very elegant and refined, which envelops the customer in an intimate and refined atmosphere. Professionalism and courtesy from the staff, fast service, without long waits. Percorso intarsiato da una più che valida stella Michelin. Le pietanze variano di settimana in settimana , non vi è un menù alla carta , pertanto questo rende il tutto ancora più intimo. Fv dish : Cappelletti alle erbe con brodo di scampi We went to Osteria Arbustico to celebrate with the family and we made a unique sensory journey, with a combination of local and national wines that accompanied the delicacies of chef Torsiello, who managed to extrapolate the Cilentan identity of the place from the dishes. Path inlaid by a more than valid Michelin star. The dishes vary from week to week, there is no à la carte menu, so this makes everything even more intimate. Personalmente deluso dal dolce, e un menù non chiaro sul connubio degustazione cibo, vino! Carta dei vini esauriente, parcheggio più che ampio! Personale professionale! Abbiamo scelto il percorso 7 piatti creato dallo chef Torsiello nel periodo del lockdown…veramente una goduria per il palato. Vi consiglio di lasciar abbinare al sommelier i vini, ciò darà un valore aggiunto ad ogni piatto. Il risotto alle ostriche semplicemente unico e favoloso che non dimenticherò mai. Ottimo servizio e personale gentile premuroso ma non asfissiante. Consigliatissimo a chi ama stuzzicare divinamente i propri sensi. More than deserved Michelin star. Truly sublime taste experience. We chose the 7 dishes path created by chef Torsiello during the lockdown period… truly a pleasure for the palate. I advise you to let the sommelier combine the wines, this will give an added value to each dish. The simply unique and fabulous oyster risotto that I will never forget. Great service and kind staff who are attentive but not suffocating. Highly recommended for those who love to divinely tease their senses.

Arriviamo nella bellissima location dell'Osteria Arbustico e la presenza di un grande parcheggio privato; avvia le cose al meglio. Entriamo e l'accoglienza è delle migliori; ci accomodiamo al bar, la location bellissima particolari di arredamenti davvero lussuosi, li ordiniamo due cocktail, chiedendo al barman delle specifiche richieste che sono state rispettate alla grande. Cocktail a dir poco spettacolari. Dopo i cocktail ci avviamo nella sala ristorante, che con ordine, ci accolgono chiedendo cappotti e green pass e successivamente ci accompagnano al nostro tavolo. Il primo impatto è quello di una sala totalmente nuova e rinnovata, con tavolo rotondo marmoreo, senza tovagliato e la scelta, personalmente, data la bellezza del tavolo e totalmente azzeccata. Scegliamo un menu degustazione 10 portate, con aggiunta lo spaghetto dello chef allo zafferano. Iniziamo con servizio pane e entree. Davvero ottimi. Il degustazione prosegue tra antipasti, primi, secondi e dolce, dove troviamo la bellissima mano dello chef che ci fa divertire con tecniche, cotture e rappresentazioni dei piatti, a dir poco, spettacolari. La sala e il sommelier, preparatissimi ci illustrano il percorso nel migliore dei modi. Il mio giudizio è più che positivo. Le 5 stelle non sono sufficienti per eguagliare la bravura di tutto lo staff dell'Osteria Arbustico. Il conto rispecchia perfettamente l'esperienza avvenuta. Spero di poterci tornare. Complimenti ragazzi. Experience happened on Sunday at dinner. We arrive in the beautiful location of the Osteria Arbustico and the presence of a large private parking; start things right. We enter and the welcome is the best; we sit at the bar, the beautiful location, details of truly luxurious furnishings, we order two cocktails, asking the barman for specific requests that have been met with great attention. Spectacular cocktails to say the least. After the cocktails we go to the restaurant, which in order welcome us asking for coats and green passes and then accompany us to our table. The first impact is that of a totally new and renovated room, with a round marble table, without tablecloths and the choice, personally, given the beauty of the table, is totally spot on. We choose a 10-course tasting menu, with the addition of the chef's spaghetti with saffron. Let's start with bread and entree service. Really great. The tasting continues between appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts, where we find the beautiful hand of the chef who entertains us with techniques, cooking and representations of the dishes, to say the least, spectacular. The dining room and the highly trained sommelier show us the route in the best possible way. My opinion is more than positive. The 5 stars are not enough to match the skill of all the staff of the Osteria Arbustico. The bill perfectly reflects the experience that took place. I hope to be able to go back. Also sometimes the sommelier for wine pairing missed the correct timing and we got the wine after finishing the dish it was supposed to accompany. Also some choices of wine in the pairing where weird in our amateurish opinion (NZ wine when there is so many great wine in Italy ?)
