Ho utilizzato anche il famoso Propomel(miracoloso per il mal di gola) e tutti i tipi di miele dell'azienda all'occorrenza.Devo dire che ognuno di loro ha un effetto curativo in base alla proprietà. Tempo fa ho ricevuto in regalo un vasetto di miele dell'azienda Mucciolo e finalmente posso dire di aver trovato ciò che cercavo. Il miele Mucciolo supera l'esame della vista perché cristallino,l'esame dell'olfatto,odore unico fruttato, floreale ( dipende dal tipo di miele). L'esame del gusto ,dolce e gustoso. Consiglio di assaggiare ogni tipo anche se i miei preferiti sono il miele d'Acacia,d'Eucalipto e il prezioso Melato. Ultimamente ho provato anche prodotti di cosmetica...eccezionali. Ottimi i vari tipi di miele e al dire che sono buonissimi è poco. Un consiglio per tutti: invece di fare colazione con le solite brioches e il solito cioccolato, prendete 2 fette biscottate e spalmateci sopra del miele a gusto di melata o a nocciomiele e vi assicuro che non ve ne pentirete! Il millefiori non ha più i tanti sapori che conquistavano il palato ed è solo dolce. Il castagno ha perso l'amaro che ne determinava la peculiarità, il sulla è l'unico rimasto tale all'assaggio. Buoni, densi ma diversi dall'assaggio. Ciò non influirà sulla vostra produzione di miele certamente genuino. Con cordialità Mi dispiace che ,dopo diversi giorni, i titolari dell' azienda non abbiano considerato questo commento, magari offrendo chiarimenti validi perché mi ritrovo un miele che potevo acquistare ovunque ...
