Quando sono arrivato, oltre a non controllarmi il Green pass, ho aspettato 15 min per scoprire che avevo una persona davanti. Quando il Dottore ha chiamato la persona in questione, non si è nemmeno curato di comunicare (a me o al personale in accoglienza) quale sarebbe stato il tempo d'attesa. Ho quindi chiesto informazioni e il riscontro è stato il seguente: non era possibile disturbare il dottore durante le visite. Purtroppo, essendo un libero professionista ed avendo preso un appuntamento (accordato un mese prima), mi aspettavo puntualità o almeno la gentilezza di comunicare le tempistiche per sapere se restare o prendere un altro appuntamento. Sono dovuto andare via e, peraltro, nessuno si è scusato. Ps. ho perso 2h e 30 e mi sono fatto 60km fatti a vuoto. IMBARAZZANTE!! Per il dovere di cronaca Ho aspettato 15 min. per poi aspettarne altri 15 uscendo alle 15:45 (mezz'ora dopo l'ora comunicata per l'appuntamento). Dato che una visita (mediamente) dura almeno 40 min, sono dovuto andare via a fronte di un ritardo BEN più ampio di "15 minuti". Nessuno discute che ogni paziente ha le sue tempistiche. Ma se si va oltre le tempistiche, o quanto meno se si è cosciente di avere un FORTE ritardo, è buona EDUCAZIONE comunicarlo. I made an appointment at the Miliacca Studio with Dr. They eat at 15.15.
