e	emanuele tortora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ locale molto tradizionale, caldo e accogliente. cibo con menù fisso molto buono e con porzioni normali per i primi e abbondanti per i secondi (primi:canederli/spatzle con speck/ravioli con ricotta e patatemolto buono; secondi: stinco, costolette di maiale/arrosto; dolci:gelato alla vaniglia con lamponi caldi/strudel con gelato alla vaniglia). il rapporto qualità/prezzo è vantaggioso, circa 25 euro a persona comprensivo di primo, secondo, dolce, contorno, acqua, vino e caffè. personale molto carino e disponibile. da ritornarci assolutamente, grazie dell esperienza very traditional, warm and welcoming place. food with very good fixed menu and with normal portions for the first courses and abundant for the second courses (first courses: dumplings / spatzle with speck / ravioli with ricotta and potatoes very good; second courses: shank, pork ribs / roast; desserts: vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries / strudel with vanilla ice cream). the quality / price ratio is advantageous, around 25 euros per person including first course, second course, dessert, side dish, water, wine and coffee. very nice and helpful staff. to go back absolutely, thanks for the experience

Un ambiente genuino, una gentilezza innata e una cucina ladina tipica e saporita che ci fanno fare spesso molti km di deviazione per una sosta. Coming to Gran Ciasa for us is like visiting relatives. We have known this place for 30 years and Erminia and Angelo are like family. A genuine environment, an innate kindness and a typical and tasty Ladin cuisine that often make us detour many kilometers for a break.

I gestori sono fantastici, cordiali, ci tengono a fare bella figura e la fanno, perché qui la qualità e la cura sono al top. I piatti che si gusteranno si devono decidere al momento della prenotazione. Ottimi i ravioli al burro, ripieni di ricotta e patate, spolverati di un formaggio veramente squisito, che si ritrova anche sugli spatzle con lo speck, poi i canederli sia asciutti che in brodo, per i secondi le costoline di maiale giovane e lo stinco di maiale, insuperabili. Verdure tutte del loro orto. I dolci tutti ottimi, per me buonissimo il gelato con i lamponi caldi, ma anche il semifreddo e lo strudel! Il luogo è meraviglioso, un tuffo nel passato, incantevole, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da provare assolutamente!!!!! Traditional Ladin dishes cooked in a sublime way !!
