β β β β β Ottimo cibo, location accogliente.
Gentilezza e passione del titolare, entrano
nel cuore. Forse non velocissimi nel portare le portate...ma se volevo un fast food andavo al McDonald. Da Genovese pura, mi sono sentita a casa. Ci tornerΓ² sicuramente. Grazie per la
bellissima esperienza.
Great food, welcoming location.
Kindness and passion of the owner enter
in the heart. Maybe not very fast in bringing the courses ... but if I wanted fast food I went to McDonald's. As a pure Genovese, I felt at home. I will definitely be back. Thanks for
beautiful experience.

Inserted inside the villa duchessa di galliera in genoa voltri, it welcomes customers with courtesy.
The menu offers typical genuine dishes that are delicious and presented in an appealing way.
It is best to book to be sure of the place as it is very popular.

Certainly a place where outdoor dining deserves! I had read some unflattering reviews about the quality of the food, which I found satisfactory; a little perplexed about the price / quantity ratio, which in the classic "inland trattoria" you are used to finding more favorable ... on the whole it is worth trying at least once!

β β β β β Worth the drive ( even if you get very lost ... Keep a close eye on your google maps ..)
Great food , friendly service , beautiful setting.
Ligurian cooking - expect more mountain than sea ( both rabbit and hare) fantastic pasta. Great for evening but must be fantastic for lunch.
Small car park to the left, just before the entrance & walk 100 m up to the restaurant.

β β β β β It's a little bit hard to reach the restaurant, last kilometre is a narrow road where only one car can drive, you have to be really careful. Once your at the restaurant the place is nice, and old house with a nice pergola vine training in the front. The toilet is outside and it's not that convenient in winter. The owner told us they are planning to build a new one inside.
Food is good but not excellent, pesto was not as creamy as I like it, trippe were fine even if I had better ones. Dessert was awesome.

β β β β β Ended up here by coincidence on our way to Finale, as there was a lot of traffic which we wanted to bypass. Best choice we could have made. The way up to the restaurant requires some bravery but totally worth it. The food was amazing, the menu offered a small yet rich selection of starters, secondi and main dishes, typical for Italian restaurants. We donβt eat meat and were surprised by a fantastic choice of dishes. We had mashed potatoes with stock fish, the chickpeas with chard, home made pasta with pesto and a white fish with pine seeds and olives.
The staff was very accommodating and welcoming, even though we arrived a couple minutes before they even opened. They also translated their menu for us which I post below. There was one little error in the translation, the rabbit with pine and olives is actually a white fish.
We also had two glasses of their house wine which was light and fruity and very good value for money. Neighbour table had meat, also looked fantastic. My recommendation is to take the chickpea stew, still canβt get over the combination of flavours, wish I had the recipe.
The view from the restaurant is also fantastic, as it is located on a hill over the city.
