Non puoi farlo ti dicono se il primo in coda per oltre un'ora! ti fanno passare la voglia di curarti, tutti i reparti sono decadenti, fatiscenti e sono sporchi, umidità e muffa sui muri. Code chilometriche per pagare il ticket al demonio(stato), insomma ancora una volta il SSN e un colabrodo soprattutto questo ospedale, evitate di andarci magari i medici sono anche bravi ma la sanità preferisce vederti dentro un sacco nero dell'obitorio. Per colpa loro dovrò farmi rioperare da qualcun altro, mi hanno regalato il resto della mia vita da storpio... ed è 3 mesi che aspetto ancora la mia cartella clinica. Se fossimo un paese decente certi posti non esisterebbero e la gente che ci lavora farebbe la carità sui marciapiedi... Healthcare in Italy is in disarray, total collapse ... this hospital and its twin in Cisanello are a vivid example. Because of them I will have to be re-operated by someone else, they gave me the rest of my life as a cripple ... and it is 3 months that I still wait for my medical record. If we were a decent country, some places wouldn't exist and the people who work there would do charity on the sidewalks ...
C	Cooperativa Don Bosco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotare un esame radiografico, o qualunque altro esame con impegnativa medica tramite il CUP telefonico, non solo risulta impossibile per l'aspettativa di attesa per chiamata, ma puoi tranquillamente passarci giornate intere ad attendere la disponibilità di un operatore (come mi è capitato personalmente), senza ottenere mai una risposta. Quindi, sei obbligato a recarti di persona al CUP di Via Garibaldi a Pisa o, a quello del Santa Chiara a Pisa, perdendo una giornata di lavoro. Mi chiedo, a cosa serve istituire un servizio che, dovrebbe mirare a soddisfare l'esigenze degli utenti, quando invece non funziona assolutamente? E per assurdo, anche il telefono per il servizio reclami, ti mette in attesa!!!! Booking an X-ray exam, or any other exam with a medical request through the telephone CUP, not only is it impossible to wait for a call, but you can safely spend whole days waiting for the availability of an operator (as has happened to me personally) , without ever getting an answer. So, you are obliged to go in person to the CUP in Via Garibaldi in Pisa or, to that of Santa Chiara in Pisa, losing a day of work. I wonder, what is the use of setting up a service that should aim to satisfy users' needs, when it doesn't work at all? And absurdly, even the phone for the complaints service puts you on hold !!!!
A	Account Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un esame diagnostico in questa struttura e la competenza é elevata ma viene oscurata dalla mancanza di attenzione per il paziente. Per parlare con il centralino ci vogliono ore(perché non poter prenotare online???)..arrivi lì e non c'è nessuno che ti indichi dove andare, o dove attendere il tuo turno. La dottoressa che mi ha visitata si è concentrata sullo spiegare le cose alla tirocinante ma umanità zero. Gli edifici all'interno sono fatiscenti. L'ospedale è orientato alla formazione di tirocinante che sono ovunque, non ci sarebbe nulla di male ma il paziente dovrebbe rimanere al centro dell'attenzione. I have had a diagnostic exam in this facility and the competence is high but it is obscured by the lack of attention for the patient. It takes hours to talk to the switchboard (why not be able to book online ???) .. you get there and there is no one to show you where to go, or where to wait for your turn. The doctor who visited me focused on explaining things to the trainee but zero humanity. The buildings inside are dilapidated. The hospital is geared towards the training of trainees who are everywhere, there would be no harm but the patient should remain the center of attention.

Le infermiere guardano video online in vivavoce e ridono a squarciagola mentre nella sala d'attesa ci sono cartelli che vietano al pubblico l'utilizzo di telefoni cellulari con la suoneria. Non si rispettano i turni e la gente continua ad accumularsi, ma non è consentito nessun accompagnatore, e va benissimo!, Se non fosse perché nella stanza delle infermiere ci sono 5 persone a chiacchierare e ridere mentre una infermiera prenota una crociera..... Vergogna! Covid period: we are 8 pregnant women locked in a room waiting for the ultrasound. Nurses watch online video hands-free and laugh out loud while in the waiting room there are signs prohibiting the public from using cell phones with ringer. Shifts are not respected and people keep piling up, but no chaperone is allowed, and that's great !, If it weren't because in the nurses' room there are 5 people chatting and laughing while a nurse books a cruise .... . Shame!

È un luogo accogliente in cui prevale ancora l'umanità e la professionalità . Un ringraziamento particolare al Dottor Costanzo e la sua disponibilità e comprensione. Un Dottore con la "D" maiuscola Qualified, kind and helpful staff. I thank the doctors and nurses who are assisting my father in the best possible way. It is a welcoming place where humanity and professionalism still prevail. Special thanks to Doctor Costanzo and his availability and understanding. A Doctor with a capital "D"
