Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità e devo dire che mi sono stupita perché l'attesa è stata decisamente più breve di quanto pensassi (rispetto alle attese di ore e ore di una volta e forse perché non sono capitati codici rossi). In ogni caso molto soddisfatta. Much improved since I last walked in, many years ago.
