Hanno dimesso mia madre senza avvertirci che era in fin di vita. Quando l'abbiamo riportata in condizioni disperate ci hanno sbattuto in faccia che era spacciata e non ci hanno consentito di salutarla con la scusa del covid (in ospedali più civili come il Gemelli di Roma, consentono ai familiari di vedere i propri congiunti in fin di vita, con tutto i protocolli di sicurezza) Mia madre è rimasta in pronto soccorso per 3 giorni con un quadro clinico gravissimo ed è morta da sola e senza assistenza, né abbiamo avuto notizie se non quando era ormai finita. Nella camera mortuaria era avvolta nelle lenzuola ancora sporche di sangue!Non l'hanno mai cambiata in 3 giorni.le labbra con crosticina di sangue... Un ospedale da terzo mondo. Ci rivedremo in Tribunale! Terrible. Inhuman, unprepared and presumptuous health and parasanitary personnel. No respect for the patient and family members. They discharged my mother without warning us that she was dying. When we brought her back in desperate conditions they threw us in the face that she was doomed and did not allow us to greet her with the excuse of covid (in more civil hospitals like the Gemelli in Rome, they allow family members to see their relatives at the end of life, with all the safety protocols) My mother was in the emergency room for 3 days with a very serious clinical picture and she died alone and without assistance, nor did we have any news until it was over. In the morgue she was wrapped in sheets still stained with blood! They never changed her in 3 days.lips crusted with blood ... A third world hospital. We will meet again in court!

Mio padre, disabile grave, mi è stato consentito di vederlo dopo un giorno e mezzo di ricovero e solo in seguito ad una mia forte rimostranza e minaccia di denuncia. Già deperito perché da poco in fase di ripresa post- operatoria, senza mangiare per tutto il tempo del ricovero l'ho trovato con crosticine ai lati della bocca e la richiesta insistente di bere. Irrispettosi e cinici, personale medico e paramedico hanno saputo darci solo informazioni incomplete e contraddittorie, rimbalzandoci senza alcuna vergogna. Esperienza horror. Bad across the board. Inhumane, rude and arrogant. My father, severely disabled, I was allowed to see him after a day and a half of hospitalization and only after my strong complaint and threat of reporting. Already wasted because recently in the post-operative recovery phase, without eating for the entire time of hospitalization, I found him with crusts on the sides of his mouth and the insistent request to drink. Disrespectful and cynical, medical and paramedical personnel have been able to give us only incomplete and contradictory information, bouncing back without any shame. Horror experience.
