Stamattina ho accompagnato mio fratello, che non riusciva a muoversi per una forte lombosciatalgia, al presidio di Continuità assistenziale di Via Berkinguer (ex Guardia Medica) e siamo stati accolti da una donna in camice, difficile da definire medico. Urlava (non parlava) con un forte accento straniero, come se la nostra presenza avesse rovinato la sua giornata appena cominciata. Mio fratello si trascinava e non riusciva a parlare dal forte dolore ma lei, continuando a urlare, ha fatto un primo rimprovero perché eravamo davanti alla porta 5 minuti prima dell'orario di apertura, sottolineo DAVANTI la porta, non dentro; un secondo perché, secondo lei, sarebbe bastato un comune cerotto antidolorifico e non avremmo scocciato lei; un terzo rimprovero perché sui documenti di mio fratello è indicata la residenza in un comune limitrofo e; sempre secondo lei, dovevamo recarci al distretto di M. S. Severino, indipendentemente dal fatto che abitiamo lì accanto. Una persona che per quarant'anni ha lavorato, versando il 40% del suo stipendio allo stato (minuscolo voluto), può essere trattato in questo modo? Bad experience. Comunque siamo un paese finito ... a livello del Congo bongo ... Il medico anziano e senza alcuna voglia non mi ha nemmeno visitato, voleva sapere da me la diagnosi benché gli avessi spiegato di avere forte dolore alla caviglia ma che non ero caduta né inciampata. Mi ha detto di rivolgermi al medico curante...a Roma!!! Che al massimo poteva darmi del ghiaccio. Certo, di solito si va alla guardia medica per farsi dare del ghiaccio...ma chiudeteli questi servizi, almeno risparmiamo. Between the ridiculous and the absurd. Allucinante, ci sono stata 2 volte, un medico completamente incompetente, e paranoico, la diagnosi la dovevo fare io. Mi ha prescritto una cosa che non c'entrava nulla con il problema, invece mia zia 87enne è stata visitata praticamente sull'uscio della porta. Quando bisognava recarsi a S. Severino tutti medici top! I can't put 0 stars otherwise I would. Hallucinating, I've been there twice, a completely incompetent and paranoid doctor, I had to make the diagnosis. He prescribed something that had nothing to do with the problem, but my 87-year-old aunt was seen practically at the door. When it was necessary to go to S. Severino all top doctors!
