Appuntamenti dati a più persone tutti alla medesima ora, con conseguente congestione e malumori...operatori alla reception scortesi e rassegnati, con molta poca voglia di lavorare!!! Stessa parrocchia di Careggi!!! A mio avviso posto da evitare Disorganization to be frightened !!!! Appointments given to more people all at the same time, with consequent congestion and bad feelings ... receptionists rude and resigned, with very little desire to work !!! Same parish as Careggi !!! In my opinion, place to avoid

C'è comunque tanto spazio per attendere.... Organized according to requests for tampons. Precise and punctual. Priority is given to the sick for hospitalization. Grazie Vorrei solo aggiungere che un ospedale, soprattutto pubblico, dovrebbe essere facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici invece là arriva solo il piccolo bussino nr 43 che però passa ogni morte del Papà. Il posto è abbastanza lontano di altri bus che per raggiungere una fermata bisogna fare una salita non indifferente o comunque camminare fino a San Luca e poi sbuccare sul viale Pieraccini, non è vicino considerando che molti utenti di quel posto (soprattutto di reumatologia) sono le persone con dei reali problemi fisici. Ma non tolgo alcuna stella perché il personale non c'entra niente ed è davvero eccezionale. Professionalism, availability, kindness. All the staff very friendly, from the first day I felt at ease. Thank you I would just like to add that a hospital, especially a public one, should be easily accessible by public transport, but only the small bussino nr 43 arrives there, which however passes every death of the Father. The place is far enough from other buses that to reach a stop you have to make a considerable climb or in any case walk up to San Luca and then peel into Viale Pieraccini, it is not close considering that many users of that place (especially rheumatology) are the people with real physical problems. But I don't take away any stars because the staff has nothing to do with it and is truly exceptional.

Medico superficiale e supponente, referti medici sfogliati come fossero ventagli, nessun ascolto reale del paziente, trattato come un semplice numero. Boria in grande quantità, empatia zero. Bad experience of a family member in rheumatology clinics. Superficial and opinionated doctor, medical reports leafed through as if they were fans, no real listening to the patient, treated as a simple number. Boria in large quantities, zero empathy.
