★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato una persona disabile per un appuntamento ad una visita specialistica. Nessun medico si è presentato. Dopo un'ora sono scesa al centralino per chiedere informazioni e mi è stato detto che purtroppo non c'era personale presente per poterla effettuare e che avrei dovuto farmi fare una nuova impegnativa e prendere un nuovo appuntamento. Questa è la serietà e la professionalità di questo ospedale. Peccato non poter mettere meno di una stella!
 I accompanied a disabled person for an appointment for a specialist visit. No doctor showed up. After an hour I went down to the switchboard to ask for information and was told that unfortunately there was no staff present to be able to make it and that I would have to get a new referral and make a new appointment. This is the seriousness and professionalism of this hospital. Too bad not being able to put less than one star!

Grazie di cuore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio giudizio negativo non riguarda i medici, vorrei solo segnalare che non mi sembra corretto che ai disabili non sia permesso ricevere una sedia a rotelle nella zona del pronto soccorso, accessibile in auto. Un infermiere di dato indicazioni per un ingresso alternativo, ma è stato molto vago e confuso. Paradosso del parcheggio: una marea di parcheggi per disabili sempre vuoti
My negative opinion does not concern doctors, I would just like to point out that it does not seem correct to me that disabled people are not allowed to receive a wheelchair in the emergency room, accessible by car. One nurse gave directions for alternate entry but was very vague and confused. Parking paradox: a lot of parking spaces for the disabled that are always empty

Voglio esprimere il mio PROFONDO SDEGNO per come è stata trattata una persona di 100 anni compiuti che vive da solo senza aiuto famigliare alcuno.
Accettato lunedì per una caduta accidentale e messo in carrozzina alle 11 e DIMESSO per tornare alla sua abitazione alle 22 circa con un tutore per una frattura alla gamba.
Non gli è stato dato un sorso d'acqua, un biscotto ma nemmeno portato al bagno fino a quando, a quell'ora, dietro mia insistenza gli hanno trovato un letto in astanteria. Lì è rimasto fino a giovedì mattina dimenticando di somministrargli le medicine per il cuore, la pressione ecc.
Io sempre defenestrata per il covid. Quando finalmente da privata sono riuscita a trovare l'ambulanza per trasportarlo a S. Camillo, è arrivato senza i suoi abiti perchè si sono persi. Gù
GRAZIE DAL PIU' PROFONDO DEL MIO CUORE.A tutti voi voglio chiedere se fosse un vostro marito, fratello, papà, nonno avreste usato lo stesso trattamento?

I want to express my DEEP DISEGNATION for how a 100-year-old person who lives alone without any family help was treated.
Accepted on Monday for an accidental fall and put in a wheelchair at 11 am and DISMISSED to return to his home at about 10 pm with a brace for a broken leg.
He was not given a sip of water, a biscuit, but not even taken to the bathroom until, at that time, at my insistence they found him a bed in the restaurant. There he stayed until Thursday morning forgetting to give him heart medicine, blood pressure etc.
I always defenestrated for the covid. When I finally managed to find the ambulance to transport him to S. Camillo as a private individual, he arrived without his clothes because they were lost. Gù

worst hospital in the province, rude rude staff, zero humanity especially to those who welcome you at the entrance and to all staff in general. Total contempt. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo semplicemente fare complimenti a tutto il personale dell'ospedale che sono veramente gentilissimi dall'inizio alla fine l'unica nota negativa è il bar veramente indegno barista col cellulare in mano senza neanche dire buongiorno e poi non vado oltre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo due stelle anziché una, perché qualche infermiera che fa bene il suo lavoro con professionalità e amore esiste ancora.
Ma per tutto il resto.......per carità di Dio, non incappateci! Ve lo consiglio vivamente!!!!!
I put two stars instead of one, because some nurses who do their job well with professionalism and love still exist.
But for everything else ....... for God's sake, don't run into it! I highly recommend it !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando pensi di portare una madre bisognosa di cure e assiatenza e te la dimettono terrorizzata dalle angherie di un' infermiera, maleducata e dispotica, ti verrebbe voglia di augurarle tutto il male che di merita. Il Karma esiste, cara, arriverà anche a te!
Facile infierire con i deboli che non possono difendersi e chiedono il tuo aiuto.
Vergognati!!! Ti suggerisco di cambiare lavoro, fare l' infermiera è una missione.
When you think of bringing a mother in need of care and assistance and you are discharged terrified by the oppression of a nurse, rude and despotic, you would want to wish her all the evil she deserves. Karma exists, dear, it will come to you too!
