A	Antonio Richichi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ neanche al telefono rispondono, sono mesi che devo prenotare una visita oculistica di controllo per una bambina di 6 anni e non hanno candelarizzato e quindi non si può fare, se vai di persona non c'è mai nessuno....o devi avere conoscenze....per fortuna che almeno ci sono pochi reparti e medici competenti....pediatria, caardiologia, nefrologia, oncologia they don't even answer on the phone, I have had to book an eye examination for a 6-year-old girl for months and they have not candelarized and therefore it cannot be done, if you go in person there is never anyone .... or you must have knowledge ... luckily there are at least few competent departments and doctors .... pediatrics, caardiology, nephrology, oncology

Il primario mi ha detto che il malato (psichiatrico) deve stare a casa quindi essere soggetto alla visita fiscale. Giudicate voi e considerate la difficoltà di tenerlo a casa. Non mi sembra inoltre che il malato sia trattato con la dignità a cui ha diritto. Senza dubbio ci sono le eccellenze ma sono convinto che non hanno modo di portare benefici a tutto il sistema. Invece le gastroscopie le fanno molto bene e lì ho trovato personale secondo me bravo e preparato. Al CUP mi hanno chiesto un'autorizzazione preventiva al reparto prima di prenotare. Per me assurdo. Naturalmente non la confronto agli ospedali di Bolzano perché come pulizia, gentilezza, preparazione, struttura, ci vorrebbe 20 stelle per mostrarne la reale differenza. Sono arrivata da lontano per una bella esperienza pregressa avuta con una dottoressa le, ma evidentemente le cose sono cambiate. Medico scortese e svogliato, sono arrivata per dolori e mi ha trattata come se volessi scroccare una visita ginecologica. Department of gynecology, very kind and competent nurses. I came from afar for a nice previous experience with a doctor, but things have obviously changed. Rude and listless doctor, I came in pain and he treated me as if I wanted to scrounge a gynecological examination.

Il giorno seguente il medico di turno a quel reparto mi fece la radiografia dopo un tempo medio di attesa e poi mi disse, essendo sabato mattina, che sarei dovuto andarla a ritirare il lunedì in mattinata. Macché! Stamattina mi hanno detto che ancora non era refertata. Vedremo domani!Era URGENTE! Io grazie ad un buon medico di base che mi ha comunque curato eadesso sto meglio . Non grazie ai medici ed il menefreghismo dei medici dell'ospedale. La radiografia gliela lascio così se la incorniceranno in mio ricordo. Grazie Vibo. The next day the doctor on duty at that ward gave me the X-ray after an average waiting time and then told me, being Saturday morning, that I would have to go to pick it up on Monday morning. Not at all! This morning they told me it wasn't reported yet. We'll see tomorrow! It was URGENT! Thanks to a good general practitioner who treated me anyway and now I'm better. Not thanks to the doctors and the indifference of the hospital doctors. I leave the X-ray to them so they will frame it in my memory. Thanks Vibo.

Triage in plenaria alla faccia della privacy, i pochi visitati erano visibili dalle finestre con gente che entrava e usciva, struttura fatiscente e poco pulita. Una macchina Euro zero accesa per un ora ingombrava l'ingresso del pronto soccorso ma era amico della vigilanza...In tre a fare cosa? Ridiculous hospital. Over two hours in the emergency room without being visited. Triage in plenary in spite of privacy, the few visited were visible from the windows with people coming and going, a dilapidated and not very clean structure. A Euro zero car that was turned on for an hour cluttered the entrance to the emergency room but was a friend of the security guard ... Three to do what?

Le dottoressa e le infermiere sono state gentilissime e molto accorte. Il reparto di pediatria non è molto fornito ma solo perché hanno dovuto spostare il reparto originale per far spazio al reparto Covid. Molto pulito, pulizie due volte al giorno, ed i pasti buoni. Davvero grazie a tutti per la disponibilità e le cure. Arrived with my baby on Monday with a fever and we had to stay 5 days to start an antibiotic treatment. The doctors and nurses were very kind and very careful. The pediatrics ward is not very well stocked but only because they had to move the original ward to make room for the Covid ward. Very clean, housekeeping twice a day, and good meals. Really thanks to everyone for the availability and the care.
