Hanno individuato un calcolo a stampo che al P.s. di Sampier na non avevano visto, pensando ad una indigestione e spedendomi a casa (e, tornato per dolori la seconda volta, dimenticandomi sulla lettiga e rimproverandomi perché mi lamentavo del dolore). Con mio figlio di 14 anni, in un'ora e mezza, pensando ad appendicite, lo hanno visitato il medico, il chirurgo, han fatto le analisi del.sangue e dopo due ore e mezza aveva già l'eco. Operato il giorno seguente, accortisi che non era appendicite, lo hanno trasferito al Gaslini con cui si erano confrontati per gestire il suo quadro l'unico. Praticamente tutti gentili e disponibili, ci hanno sempre tenuti aggiornati sui risultati delle visite e sui passi che stavano per fare, lasciandoci massima libertà di scegliere, informandoci con pazienza e competenza. M	Michele Contini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso. Entrato in PS alle 3 di notte alle 3.30 avevo fatto tampone, radiografia polmoni e prelievi,. Poi sono stato abbandonato, come altri 10 su una barella. Alle 0730 mi dimettono diagnosticando un forte raffreddore!!! . Quando torno a Torino il mio medico di famiglia mi cura per quello di cui soffrivo effettivamente, una fortissima reazione allergica. Da notare che per le palpebre gonfie (dovute al l'allergia) il PS mi ha mandato a fare una visita oculistica che non c'entrava nulla. Esperienza pessima per l'incompetenza e scarsa cura del paziente Shameful. I entered the emergency room at 3 in the morning at 3.30 I had swab, lung x-ray and samples. Non esprimo giudizi per quel che riguarda l'operato dei medici in quanto estremamente competenti; mi sono indignata per quanto riguarda il personale infermieristico del PS: maleducati, arroganti e sbrigativi. Capisco il lavoro stressante ma i malati sono una categoria protetta, indifesa, vanno curati con scrupolosità e dolcezza. Questa non è solo una professione ma soprattutto una missione, anche i parenti non possono subire angherie. Con educazione mia cognata, anziana, dopo ore ed ore di estenuante attesa, sempre in piedi, ha chiesto notizie del marito e non gli è stato detto nulla, anzi le è stato detto: se ne vada fuori! VERGOGNA!!! Spero che qualcuno ai vertici possa prendere provvedimenti. Da noi a Torino non è assolutamente così! ... With education my sister-in-law, elderly, after hours and hours of exhausting waiting, always on her feet, asked for news of her husband and was not told anything, indeed she was told: go out! SHAME!!! I hope someone at the top can take action. This is absolutely not the case with us in Turin!
