Chiedo conferma 4 volte per la prenotazione di stamattima alla centralinista e mi conferma il 29 sett 2021 alle 10 e alle 10.15 il mio collega... Perciò permesso al lavoro cambio turno per poi scoprire che era il 29 ottobre??? Sentirsi lettermente tirati in giro da un pubblico servizio mi fa veramente schifo... Se potete evitate il reparto e rivolgetevi al privato, sicuramente sono più seri professionali e precisi. Zero professionalism for what concerns me the organization of appointments and the arrogance of the sports medicine infirmary are without words. I ask for confirmation 4 times for this morning's reservation to the switchboard operator and I confirm my colleague on 29 September 2021 at 10 and 10.15 ... Chi offre un servizio pubblico dovrebbe lasciare a casa i propri nervosismi ed avere modi più consoni al servizio svolto. Arrogance and bad manners of the booking clerk. Perhaps foreign. È vergognoso che giornalmente si parcheggino le auto molte volte sulle lingue di asfalto che servono come vie di uscita e non come park , solo per non impolverare le scarpe. Gli utenti ne fanno uso e abuso laddove tutto è per loro lecito, non tenendo conto di chi ha grande difficoltà a deambulare in autonomia e pure per gli accompagnatori occupando assolutamente SEMPRE i posti a loro assegnati .Come potrete constatare le strisce orizzontali sono praticamente inesistenti e pure la segnaletica verticale è adagiata sull' erba perché DIVELTA .Non si possono vuotare , molto spesso ,i bidoni della carta e del secco perché le auto in sosta perenne ne chiudono il passaggio in retromarcia del compattatore .Le vetture del diversamente abili sono a malincuore lasciate troppo lontano, perché sempre c'è chi abusa dei loro posti auto ( e questo lo vedo quasi ogni giorno ) fregandosene altamente anche dei miei rimproveri .Al passaggio delle auto più o meno veloci , volano sassi ovunque rovinando auto e colpendo persone. Però qualche intelligentone ha pensato di coprire le voragini del parcheggio con mostruosi sassi , che sono più insidiosi di ogni tipo di buca . L	Linda Rotelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ricoverata in questo reparto 3 giorni a causa di un episodio di emicrania con aura e devo dire che ho trovato persone carinissime dagli infermieri ai medici,i pasti erano mangiabilissimi (per essere cibo ospedaliero)e abbondanti,inoltre la sera passavano a sistemare i letti e ogni mattina davano una rinfrescata alla stanza…si sta certamente meglio a casa,ma non mi posso certo lamentare I was hospitalized in this ward for 3 days due to an episode of migraine with aura and I must say that I found very nice people from nurses to doctors, the meals were very eatable (to be hospital food) and abundant, also in the evening they went to fix the beds and every morning they freshened up the room… it is certainly better at home, but I certainly can't complain
i	ivan maranta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno purtroppo mi capita spesso ultimamente di frequentare ospedali (montichiari prima volta e spero ultima ) ma trovarmi di fronte una persona (manca la paletta ed il distintivo) all' ingresso tanto insensibile ,acida ,s.....a, ed incompetente mi lascia senza parole. Voglio essere un signore.... ma meriterebbe degli insulti (la rispetto solo perche donna e lavorante) Complimenti invece al personale di reparto ,efficenti e disponibili. Good morning, unfortunately, lately I often go to hospitals (Montichiari first time and hopefully last) but find myself in front of a person (missing the shovel and the badge) at the entrance so insensitive, acid, yes ..... a, and incompetent me leaves you speechless. I want to be a gentleman ... but he deserves insults (I respect her only because she is a woman and a worker) Congratulations instead to the department staff, efficient and helpful.
A	Arianna Sigorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al centralino sono stata mal informata riguardo a una possibile operazione di settoplastica, per fortuna la dottoressa è stata onesta e mi ha risarcito i soldi della visita che non ha più svolto, ma ho sprecato tempo e denaro per raggiungere l'ospedale. Due stelle soltanto per la gentilezza della dottoressa che mi ha poi aiutata a trovare delle alternative al mio problema.
A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo assurdo e ridicolo che dopo tre anni di pandemia, super green pass e tampone negativo in questo ospedale non facciano entrare due persone alternate per lo stesso paziente durante il regolare orario di visita. Sono ancora legati ai giorni alterni in base al cognome del paziente per le visite, non solo, il tampone effettuato oggi di mercoledi alle 13 non vale fino alla prossima visita di venerdi alle 19 (per 5 ore, come se il virus avesse un timer). Quindi non solo non sono entrato oggi per la visita ma devo effettuare un altro tampone per la prossima ! In altre strutture ospedaliere della città questo non succede. Capisco che ci siano delle regole da far rispettare ma se questa è la fase endemica e di convivenza con il virus mi spiace ma avete sbagliato tutto! I cittadini, che pagano i vostri servizi sono stufi ed esasperati da queste regole assurde, da questi nuovi sceriffi alle portinerie e di dover pagare di tasca propria una serie di tamponi inutili! Un po’ di buon senso e flessibilità non guasterebbe quando non si arreca nessun danno al prossimo, questo é il mio pensiero, rifletteteci e cercate di andare incontro ai cittadini invece di vessarli visto che se si va in ospedale i problemi sono ben altri rispetto alle vostre assurde regolette troppo restrittive per il periodo attuale. Ovviamente tutto questo esula dalla cura e dalla professionalità indubbia del personale sanitario. I find it absurd and ridiculous that after three years of pandemic, super green pass and negative swab this hospital does not allow two alternate people to enter for the same patient during the regular visiting hours. They are still linked to alternate days based on the patient's surname for visits, not only that, the swab taken today of Wednesday at 13 is not valid until the next visit on Friday at 19 (for 5 hours, as if the virus had a timer) . So not only did I not go in today for the visit but I have to take another swab for the next one! In other hospitals in the city this does not happen. I understand that there are rules to be respected but if this is the endemic phase and coexistence with the virus I'm sorry but you have everything wrong! The citizens, who pay for your services, are fed up and exasperated by these absurd rules, by these new sheriffs at the porters and having to pay for a series of useless tampons out of their own pockets! A little common sense and flexibility would not hurt when no harm is done to others, this is my thought, think about it and try to meet the citizens instead of harassing them since if you go to hospital the problems are very different compared to your absurd rules too restrictive for the current period. Obviously all this goes beyond the care and undoubted professionalism of the healthcare staff.
