M	Mrsboss 97 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intervento in reparto otorinolaringoiatria, sono rimasta colpita dalla gentilezza, premura, competenza e professionalità che ognuno ha riservato nei miei confronti...infermieri, dottori, letteralmente chiunque ha reso la mia esperienza meravigliosa, tanto da voler rimanere ancora in ospedale! Grazie soprattutto al dott. Sessa e alla dott.ssa Ghizzardi, persone speciali. Intervention in the ENT department, I was struck by the kindness, concern, competence and professionalism that everyone has reserved for me ... nurses, doctors, literally anyone who made my experience wonderful, so much so that I still wanted to stay in the hospital! Thanks especially to Dr. Sessa and Dr. Ghizzardi, special people.
R	Roberto Bertoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inqualificabile, dopo 4 ore di attesa in pronto soccorso nessun segnale da parte del personale, solo lamentele da parte loro ,in quanto lamentano di essere in pochi. Pazienti in attesa di accertamenti divisi da pazienti covid da un separé di non più di due metri....alla faccia della sicurezza ! Vi consiglio vivamente un giro in altre realtà ospedaliere dove fortunatamente i pazienti NON devono assistere ad uno scempio del genere. Unqualified, after 4 hours of waiting in the emergency room no signal from the staff, only complaints from them, as they complain of being few. Patients waiting for examinations divided from covid patients by a booth of no more than two meters .... in the face of safety! I highly recommend a trip to other hospitals where fortunately patients do NOT have to witness such a mess.

E	Eve Akua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is awful. Just 1 or 2 people here speak English. In Germany for instance even the nurses can communicate in basic English. Waiting times are ridiculous, we're here over 7 hrs and when we ask for an alternative the staff at the reception which are rude and unhelpful give you an address of a tourist doctor which in reality is an emergency doctor who only is available from 12 AM to 8AM. This hospital deserves 0 stars!!!!

We are still waiting for three hours now! My mother needs to taken her medicine but no one is asking… if you really need help? Don’t come to this hospital ! Look for a better one!
A	Ayrton Asdathorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Waited 5 hours in the EMERGENCY ROOM. Had massive rib pain making it even painful to breathe, sit and walk. The “doctors” said there was nothing wrong and just sent me home with a painkiller. All of this costed 130+ Euros all for nothing. Paying machine was even broken and they just told us to come pay the next day like it’s perfectly normal. Worst experience ever in a hospital ever.

We arrived at 4am, passed through Swab test, however my partner was holding a green card/vaccination certificate. Until result returned as negative and even after, they kept us in COVID area!!! At 7am doctor assistant said, that specialist will be in hospital by 9am, however he is not appeared by 9am. We were waiting until 11am. Employees just ignored us when we were asking for a help to check with doctor his arrival time. Why these professionals could not say at 4 am that we need to come back at 9-11? Just terrible experience!!!! You should avoid this place!!!
