Personale del ufficio esenzioni scontroso e maleducato, per nulla empatico, nemmeno davanti a mamme con neonati e donne in gravidanza ancora lavoranti che non hanno tutta la giornata da passare all'ASL!!! Orari probabilmente sbagliati o forse non voglia di lavorare dei dipendenti, se c’è scritto che chiude 12:30 e arrivo a 12:10 mi devono aprire se suono e non fare finta di niente perché si sentivano i “lavoratori” parlare Rude, disorganized and not at all clear. In un momento di difficoltà come quello che stiamo vivendo, dove i contatti dovrebbero essere ridotti al minimo, per avere delle informazioni devo andare di persona perché non si degnano di rispondere al telefono. VERGOGNA. Bad organization. I phoned 16 times during office hours and never got an answer.
