C	Cristina Bagarello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sono stata ricoverata in questa struttura a Luglio 2019 è sono stata dimessa a Settembre ero nel reparto G ho trovato persone molto competenti e umane sempre pronte ad aiutarmi io le ringrazio infinitamente tutte dalle Oss al personale medico e infermieristico . Poi sono stata trasferita all Urt reparto di riabilitazione è mi hanno insegnato a camminare per la seconda volta grazie a Sofia e Daniele i fisioterapisti.. Io posso dire solo che mi sono trovata benissimo grazie a tutti I was hospitalized in this structure in July 2019 and I was discharged in September I was in the G department I found very competent and human people always ready to help me I thank them infinitely all from the Oss to the medical and nursing staff. Then I was transferred to the Urt rehabilitation department and they taught me to walk for the second time thanks to Sofia and Daniele the physiotherapists .. I can only say that I had a great time thanks to everyone

Purtroppo ieri sera nel corpo H al secondo piano siamo stati accolti da un giovane operatore che si è rifiutato, in maniera molto sgarbata, di indicarci la stanza in cui era ricoverato un nostro amico trincerandosi dietro il muro di gomma della privacy. Il giovanotto, oltre a fare un corso di buone maniere (se non gli piace il lavoro se ne può anche andare...l'Italia è piena di disoccupati!) andrebbe istruito meglio anche sulla normativa che regolamenta la privacy: perfettamente d'accordo che non poteva dirci nulla sullo stato di salute del nostro amico, questi sì che sono veri dati sensibili, ma non dirci il numero della stanza mi sembra esagerato...e comunque c'è modo e modo di approcciarsi con gli utenti. Mi auguro solo che non si comporti così anche con i pazienti. Distinti saluti. Dott. Amedeo Manfrin Beautiful and well equipped structure. Unfortunately, last night in the H body on the second floor we were greeted by a young operator who, in a very rude manner, refused to show us the room where a friend of ours was sheltered, entrenching himself behind the rubber wall of privacy. The young man, in addition to doing a course of good manners (if he does not like the job he can even go ... Italy is full of unemployed!) Should also be better educated on the legislation that regulates privacy: perfectly agree he could not tell us anything about the health of our friend, so that these are real sensitive data, but does not tell us the room number seems exaggerated to me ... and in any case there are different ways to approach with users. Gli è sembrato di stare in famiglia. Complimenti per l'ottimo lavoro A dear friend of mine was a guest of this structure for about 2 months. He told me he had a great time. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. He felt like he was staying with family. Congratulations on a great job

Nella struttura ho trovato un ambiente speciale e delle persone favolose che mi hanno aiutato a guarire e a superare gli ostacoli fisici che avevo subito. Posso assicurare che nella struttura lavorano delle professioniste meravigliose e che senza di loro la mia guarigione sarebbe stata molto più lunga e difficile. I was a guest of the structure for about a month and a half between July and August 2020. In the structure I found a special environment and fabulous people who helped me to heal and overcome the physical obstacles I had suffered. I can assure you that wonderful professionals work in the facility and that without them my recovery would have been much longer and more difficult.
