Sono incinta al 7 mese in questo periodo di emergenza covid evito di uscire andare nei posti affollati e frequentare addirittura amici e parenti per tutelare la mia salute e quella del mio bambino..non è ammissibile che dopo 2 giorni di telefonate non si riesca a prendere la linea per un appuntamento diretto, il cup mi rimbalza a voi visto che l'impegnativa è con un codice interno vostro e voi niente!! Altra cosa ridicola..il giovedì dalle 15 alle 16, per fortuna che avevo tempo da perdere, l'ho trascorso ad imparare a memoria la vostra guida registrata INUTILE!!!! 2020 EMERGENZA COVID e non si può prendere un appuntamento. In sala d'attesa non c'erano più le sedie per l'utenza e quel meraviglioso video che spiegava bene cos'era il diabete e come si gestiva era naturalmente spento. Due infermiere allo sportello.
