★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paziente di 88 anni seguito caduta accidentale. Portata in Pronto Soccorso, veniva giudicato in codice giallo (quindi una priorità importante). Dopo circa 4 ore di attesa veniva dimesso senza alcuna prescrizione medica.
Oggi al ritiro del referto scopriamo che ha riportato la frattura delle costole.
88-year-old patient following an accidental fall. Taken to the emergency room, she was judged in yellow code (therefore an important priority). After about 4 hours of waiting he was discharged without any medical prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati un martedì mia figlia accusava forti dolori allo stomaco dai sintomi sembrava una gastrite non è stata visitata da un medico. Ma gli hanno fatto elettrocardiogramma e una flebo che ha attenuato il dolore . Siamo ritornati il giovedi. Alle 20 e 20 l'hanno fatta entrare subito per lasciarla in un corridoio. a mezzanotte e 20 l'hanno prrsa in cura ...prima non c'erano codici rossi solo gialli ,le hanno fatto dei prelievi verso l'una poi una visita accurata stavolta e alle 2 la flebo. È uscita alle 2 e mezza diagnosi epigastralgia senza un eco o altro ...mai più, c'era gente dalle 17 che attendeva. senza che nessuno venisse a vedere un'anziana dopo ore di attesa si è arresa ed è voluta tornare a casa ..e non dico altro . una sola cosa MAI PIÙ. MAI PIÙ

We going in emergency and they start to made a lot of test because they not found what is a problem (blade test, scan, ultrasound) and last coronariana. So they decide to do for him angioplasty because my husband was in a real danger for his life. They do 2 surgery in one week and save his life. So , I don't have enough words to say thank you for all teams from cardiology. Very good team very good specialists but most importantly real humans . So thank you thank you
